As Jen was updating the FE list and posted them,I put all the names and information provided in an excel sheet, I can email that to everyone by the end of the week. (Jen if you don't mind).

Actually, the list is done but not updated with the GTY list and a few people who switched groups. So I can email the list as I had it ASAP or if you don't mind the wait I can have it updated by Friday.

Just inbox me your email address and I will send it to you. (I will send what I have then an updated one....just in case I don't have it updated by Friday, at least you will have something to work from.)

I dont mind at all! Thanks so much for helping! I appreciate it. Usually, I get it all mixed up. I know that is hard to believe since I have been so organized.....NOT!!!!!

Hey Gal - Mack and I were talking about this very thing! Remember the page we had on the SSMC08? We had pictures of everyone, and it made it so easy to learn who people were. Does a moderator have to do it?

I would not mind doing the web-site, Do you have the link or the site that was used in on your previous trip. If so send me the link and I will see what I can do.

Ok all I have the FE excel sheets done with names, room and totals. I will begin emailing them out tonight, when I get home. But for now these are the numbers as I have them. Some of the numbers wont add up, as some only provided who would be in each state room but not if they were children or not. I am trying to figure out how to share the document on line via gmail, so that changes can be made by each family if need be.

But here is a break down of the numbers:

Total Group 1- 36
Group 1 Boys- 6
Group 1 Girls 4
Group 1 - 1 Service Dog.... can he have FE treats if so what would be acceptable ???

Total Group 2- 34
Group 2 Boys- 5
Group 2 Girls 7

Group 1 and 2 Total- 68
Group 1 and 2 Boys 11
Group 1 and 2 Girls - 11

For Shadow's FE "gifts" Toys are always good lol. He cant have "food" of any type. (his tummie)
