9:25 am MS computers not up and working

It's running an update and they can't get in. Thought I'd save soem people the call. They said in an hour or so, which doesn't always mean an hour but I'm going to give them 30 minutes at least.
 
I got in but they are hvaing severe issues. I would hold on calling. The system shut down while we were in the middle of a search. Not a fun phone call. Also I tried booking a cash room and it kept insisting that I needed two rooms for 2 adults and one child. yeah ! 10:35 am EST
 
I am going to try to switch a ressie at 7 mos tomorrow!! They better get this fixed!:sad2:
 

Thanks for the heads up. I need to call and book a few things so I will wait until later.
 
I called this morning at 9 AM Eastern and was told the system was updating and to call back in an hour.

On the 2nd call at about 10:30 AM Eastern, I was able to change an existing reservation to a different resort with no problems.

I'm calling in the am for Hilton Head first week of June.........wish me luck!
 
DVD and MS are doing upgrades to their computer systems. They are really working to address some of the system problems that have surfaced recently.

I understand that they are bringing an additional IT company on board to help address these problems. Lets wish them the best of luck. :thumbsup2
 
I called yesyerday too, and was able to get 4 nights at OKW that I had been waitlisted for over Xmas break..!
It is almost as if the system update made these rooms appear!
