Hello all!!!! My husband, myself and our kids ages 8 & 5 are going on our first Disney Cruise... We're soooo excited!!!! I just graduated nursing school and this trip (we're doing a land/sea) is a gift for my kids who were so understanding during my school years!!!!

I can't wait to meet you guys both here and soon on board the Wonder!!!

Congratulations on your graduation! I think you deserve a cruise for all the hard work.

As Linda has explained it's a special Halloween party. We are going for the first time in September but we did do the Christmas party last December & that was fab so I have no doubts that the halloween one will be just as much fun.

My ticker says its' officially less than 2 months to go before our cruise! I've had to hold off planning because July was an extremely month for me with out of town visitors, mini staycations, new job and most importantly, planning for DS's birthday party which is coming up this weekend. I am looking forward to planning again! Can't wait to see DS' reaction for his first birthday party.

I'm just wondering because if someone is obsessed with Tink, for example, I'd love to know that so I can get them some Tink stuff.

I know its hard to keep up with all the threads on this. We only have 7 families, so we'll do 1x delivery for each family over the cruise. So you'll have 6 families to deliver FEs to. You can choose to give a family gift or do individual gifts, whichever you are most comfortable with doing. I'm doing a smorgasborg of stuff. Usually, I do a family gift and then do some small things for the kids. I've also included the FE thread for you, as it has out meeting place as well.

Thanks for clarifying things for me. I was thinking it was like a "secret Santa" kind of thing--where we each get assigned one family to get things for. This way sounds much more fun. The kids are going to love it!

I can't believe we'll be on the boat two months from now.

Thanks! I added them back in. Who knows what I did. I think the whole deer incident got me all freaked out. I tell you my friend was laughing so hard, I almost sent her into early labor. And my DH had a good laugh as well. You saw all the FB discussion on that. I"ll be teased incessantly about it It is really pretty funny.

Long story short for those of you on the thread, I had a deer in my backyard yesterday, which is not unusual but the fact that she climbed up 5 flights of stairs and decided to charge my back door was a little out of the norm and a bit alarming. All is well now, no broken door and the deer is safely out of my backyard and probably in someone else's yard by now. Yesterday evening, I saw her trying to get in the neighbor's yard.

The excitement never ends...

I have to say - I think you handled this very well. I freak out when I see a spider. I can't imagine what I'd do when I see a deer charging at my door. All that said, I did get a good laugh when I read your story. Too funny!

I am happy to report no deer in the backyard today. Saw 3 of them just cruising the neighborhood a few doors down and my back gate is locked.

I don't know about you guys but I'm ready for the weekend! Any big plans for anyone?

I'm picking up my nephew who will be staying with us for the weekend, the big birthday party, some pool time and definitely some relaxation. Next weekend is DS's best friend's birthday party, so I'll be helping with that. Then, its time for some serious planning for the cruise

We have yet to see the new Harry Potter. Love the books and the movies. I heard this one is really good. I'm glad you are having so much fun with the FEs. I need to go through my inventory soon, so I know what else I need to pick up.

Hi there - You're so far ahead of me on the planning. We've bought some stuff, but we still have some more buying ahead of us.

I'm Kelli. My husband is Bryan. My mom is Pauline. And our daughter is Malia, 4.

I have to say - reading the disboards makes me more and more excited about this cruise - as if that's possible.

That's great! I wonder if I could get more availability for Crystal Palace. I tried for a 4 p.m. - all I got was 3:30 and we can't do that because our tickets don't get us in till 4 p.m.

Hello all... as the counter ticks down I get more and more excited about this vacation...
My husband and I are going to be making our FE and I also purchased some magnetic printer sheets to make a few decorations for our door!!!

Now I need help on figuring out what to buy for the gifts... what kind of gifts do you guys purchase for the FE? Since this is our first time we have no clue!!!

Can't wait to have everything ready!!!!!
