Hello All!

Just added a column to the spreadsheet to get total numbers of kids and adults so there are 70 Adults and 40 kids for now. In case anyone is tracking that ;) The only ones missing from this count is ChrisLei so I don't think they will change much! Not sure what to do there??? Any thoughts?? Does anyone know them???

OOhhhh where did you live? And what candy do you like, we haven't bought any yet so now's your chance to influence!!!

My DH wants to influence. He loves English beer! :rotfl2:
I would rather have chocolate anyday. We are also a part of the honeymoon group.

if I can get what I want...

Palo Brunch and Dinner (don't rally care when)
Just gonna do the trolly in KW and wander around
Dolphins in GCayman
Some Ruins for my DH (else I get divorced :scared1:)
I'm thinking of doing the waverunner by myself on CC

and as many Wine/Martini/Tequila tastings as I can find :rotfl2:

To all you honeymooners, we have 8 adults and 0 Kids on this trip, so you'll have lots of adult company ... if you ever make it out of your cabins

Hello Everyone!

I haven't posted in ages, but am so looking forward to September 19. Can't want to book Palo and excursions Sunday morning.

Jan

Good Morning Everyone!

Thanks to kileybeth who found an older post from ChrisLei, I have info. on the family. They have not posted on the Boards since July '08 but since they did sign up for the FE Exchange early on, they have DH, DW, DD - 10 and DS - 6 almost 7 at cruise time :thumbsup2 So, please update your FE Lists and remember, I am happy to email it to you in WORD or EXCEL format - just be sure to include your email address in your PM as I can't send attachements via DIS emails :thumbsup2

Now we are COMPLETE and CLOSED!

So, that brings our FINAL totals to 72 Adults and 42 kids :)

Thanks so much again, kileybeth! :flower3:

your welcome,

Not sure they are actually cruising but better prepared then not and if we have an extra gift or two I'm sure we can just spread some pixie dust.

Great thought - spreading pixie dust is always an extra bonus!

We had a great "Pixie Dust" experience on one of our cruises and my kids still talk about it...we went to Chankanaab Park in Cozumel and met a really sweet girl there at the pool that was celebrating her 16th birthday and she was talking to us and playing with the kids, etc. Very sweet and polite yound lady. We found out that she was on our floor - we happened to walk by her cabin that was decorated with birthday signs with her name, etc. So, we had brought candy and gift bags on board for the CM in the kids clubs and we put together one for her with candy and stickers and left it at her cabin :) A few hours later, there was a knock at our cabin and we thought it was one of our friends we were cruising with so we had the kids get it and we were standing behind them...well, it was the birthday girl and her friend and they showered us with Mickey & stars Confetti to say, "Thank You". We LOVED it and it was a cool surprise :yay:and a memory we will never forget!

LOTS of People Posting the last week or two, Let's all try to POST

THIS FRIDAY, the 19th, to mark off our new milestone in the wait.

So this is just a reminder to check in and POST at

Roll Call Coming Up Friday

and because I'm still counting down every single day!

Only 94 Days to Go!!

I think some of us are a day or so off where others are in our counts but my DS6 & DD4 are counting down and this is where we are in their book!

Monica, Great story!

And that's what it's all about! (sung to the tune of the Hokey Pokey of course)

Welcome to all the newbies! Best wishes to everyone celebrating while on the cruise, honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, etc..
Sinderelly your dress was lovely, I got married almost 12 years ago at age 18, right out of highschool, DH joined the airforce and we wanted to be together so we got married, thats when we lived in Texas then Bossier City, LA, anyways my wedding dress had a 8 foot train and I remember my dad almost tripping on it..lol, man that dress was so heavy! Believe it or not my dh picked it out, it was the window dress at Davids bridal and he said get that one.
Yonkrs_Girl, that was so nice what you did for that young lady and what she did back.
For everyone doing Dolphin Discovery at Cozumel , you will love it, we had a great time there a couple years back and the dvd we bought to remember it was a hoot.
Gotta run for now, take care everyone!

OK, anybody else is excited about booking excursions on Saturday night? :hyper:

This is what I am planning to book

Key West: We are just going to walk around.

Grand Cayman: Rum Point Beach & Singray city (I am planning to rent a waverunner at Rum Point from Red Sail Sports, but, Shhhhh don't tell my wife):woohoo:

Cozumel: Dolphin Discovery

Castaway Cay: Waverunners & Parasailing :cool1:

Can't wait until Saturday to see if we can get all we want.

Everyone take care,

Dennis

I know some people were asking about our meet up on the ship. While reading the boards today I came across a handy diagram somebody put together, I hope they don't mind me reposting it.

Hope that helps :)

Base on the feedback that was posted - we will set the Cruise Meet for 9:00pm Saturday Night in the Promenade Lounge on the far left side (when facing the bar). It's great area and we can spread out if needed. Those who can come by early - great - and I know there will be some there for awhile so those with late seating can pop in when they are done :thumbsup2

Thanks!

So I know this was discussed quite a bit ago, but I am bored at work so I am rereading old posts, lol. My DF and I have the late seating, is it ok to be late for dinner your first night?! I don't want to be scolded! I would really like to be at the meet at the beginning, especially since I am the keeper of the bracelets, lol.

Also, I figured out a surefire way for you all to find me at the terminal...I am going to put all those bracelets on a long string and wear them until I hand them out :)

I hope the don't scold since we will be late also! :rolleyes1 Maybe if there is enough of us they won't get all crazy on us... Instead we will just be "those people" for 7 days! Which I am ok with!

Ok jonesing did not post the above message! I didn't see that he was logged in! Teeehee...

We have to get up at 5am!!!!!! I'll need to sleep the whole day after that lol.

Thanks for adding us to the list, glad you are all welcoming us, we can't wait. We just have to think of what gifts we want to do now. We were thinking some British candy and some other stuff, we have a long way to haul this!

Really excited and we'll bring a postcard and magnet too!

MALTESERS!!!!!!!!!

Good luck to all of you getting your reservations!!! We have officially hit the 100 mark with the bracelets! :goodvibes I am willing to keep it open until the deadline for any last minute takers though, as the price will be the same regardless as long as we stay under 200 or something (maybe even 500!). Hope everyone has a great week!

Holly, You crack me up! How about we have an unofficial - official Dismeet of our group around 11am in the terminal! We should be mostly checked in by then and have all our bags taken care of and any ressies dealt with by then? Right or no? Never having cruised what do I know?!

And tell me again, why we will be late to our late seating for dinner on the first night? What time is the seating anyhow? 8:15, 8:30 or 8:45pm or we just don't know yet? You mean so we can show our faces in the Promenade Lounge and then take off to dinner? I think I will just plan on stopping by after dinner, around 9:30 to 10pm or so? You early dinner better wait for us!!!!!!!!!!

Glad I could make you laugh :) I am sure there are people who won't be able to meet that early, but for anyone who is around and wants to I will be there! I think our dinner is at like 8:30 pm, so we would either have to eat REALLY fast, lol, or show up late since our DIS meeting at the promendae lounge is set for 9pm...Have we taken a poll to see how many of us are late dining and how many are early? Maybe if most of us are late dining we can set the time a bit earlier...but then again, I am probably stepping on toes...SORRY!!!

Holly

Just read that dismeet thread that just got started about meeting at 3pm near the ice cream machines. . . .now that sounds yummo. . . I might have to go look for lime green name tags, I'm sure I've seen them in one of the office stores. . .:rotfl:
