Oh she is. And that is awsome.

I posted in someone else's thread, and did not see this one. So for those who read it over there already, sorry for repeating! :)

Here is a brief overview of the party. I admit, I was pretty worried about how things were going to go, but I really had no need.... We were able to walk on any ride that we wanted to, it did rain there for a little bit which postponed the first parade. But I was happy that they did not cancel it all together!

The CMs were EVERYWHERE. I don't think that I have seen so many in the park before. They were on the lookout for bracelets, I was very happy to see Disney come through with what they were promising the guests with the MNSSHP phone calls....I did not think that they would employ all that extra manpower, but they really did! And they were on the lookout too. I know that someone without a bracelet would not have gotten far. They were in the entrances to all of the lands, and along all of the streets. I was surprised at how many were there.

A waiter at Boma also said that last night was one of only 4 discounted nights for CMs...so I know that had to be a good sign when it came to crowds.

Since we were 5 adults, and I was with people who had no intentions of getting pictures taken with the characters, :( I am surprised to hear they had so many fun ones out.....just not the same though without my kids, but I am sorry to have missed alot of them :(

We were able to enter the parks with just our party tickets at 5:30pm. The trick or treat bags were about half the size of the ones my family received in 2003, but it was no big deal at all. They were very generous with the candy, and it was good candy too! Chocolate candies, and snickers, etc etc.

The CMs were in great spirits. They were so much fun everywhere. I was very happy with this party, and the turnout. The parade and fireworks were great! My sister was also disappointed that she could not buy a CD of the fireworks and parade music. They had plenty of material to make one, I hope they consider it in the future. :)
If anyone has any other questions, please feel free!

The map has already been posted here. :cheer2:

I just can't wait until next Friday!!!! I am so excited :yay: and my princess: is really looking for to trick-or-treating at MK. :bounce:

Thanks so much for your post. Only 1 week and 6 days till we can experience the fun of MNSSHP.

Thanks for the post Michelle,
You said you were able to enter the parks @ 5:30 with your party ticket. Do you know if they were allowing guest in any earlier then that? We entered last year at 4:00 pm and were hoping we could do the same this year. It's good to hear that Disney is enforcing that you must buy a ticket to the event. Last year we saw soooo many people riding and trick or treating that did not have wrist bands. Thanks again for the post!!!

can you get in at 4:00 and the new guide map says there is a free picture where do you get it
maria

Michelle 2 you can download all the Boo To You parade music on the "park audio" thread- we listen to it all the time. Glad to hear these reports!

Thank you! I don't see the Riverboat on the map. I was really hoping the MNSSHP storytelling would return this year now that the refurb is finished.

How about face painting? I didn't see any locations listed on the guide...did you notice if they were doing it for free anywhere? We had so much fun with this last year -- DD and I had Fairy Eyes, DS was Goofy, and DH was a pirate!

We did not do the face painting last year. By the time we got over there, the line was long. Do they start this at 7? The fairy eyes sound cool, do you have a pic? I would love to see :Pinkbounc

When are the Villian shows in front of the castle? :wizard:

Got this off the scanned brochure from WDWinfo.com:

7:45, 9:00, 10:15 and 11:15

I can't wait to see the Villains show myself. Can't get enough of the bad girls (and boys)!

They are doing a Merlin Magic show. We didn't catch it, so can't comment. To be honest, the crowds were the largest we had seen the whole week at WDW, but we still had NO LINES!!!!! Lots of candy. The rain was lousy, but it did stop. Snow White was out with all the Dwarfs. The parade was great! Captain Jack Sparrow makes his appearance. No free photo, and to be honest, I didn't even see that many photopass photographers. They were doing something in front of the castle, but didn't get to see it either. When you are with a 3 year old, it is usually his agenda! Fireworks were fantastic!! This was our second year, and I am still amazed by them. The funny thing was, we got the exact same parade viewing location as last year. Standing there after the rain (just like last year) and they postponed the parade (just llike last year) kind of spooky! Although last year when we went, they actually canceled the first parade, and the headless horsemen did not come out. This year, although he was riding much slower,I am told, he did make his appearance.
