Anyone else make promises or resolutions to themselves, family or God to make changes in their lives if only they stayed alive after all the tragedies on 9/11? Promises like; everyday I'll put the American Flag out, I'll make more time to do activities with my kids, I'll worry less about a clean house and more about family quality time, I'll visit extended family, I'll call more, write more, do more for charity. How many of us have kept these promises on a daily basis.....or like me have you slipped and gone back to old routines. :(

And with that thought in mind I think I'll get off the 'net and go pester my older DS and maybe actually learn how to play one of his video games or use his paintball gun. :wave2:

I was in southern NJ so I wasn't in direct danger at the time, but I was worried about my relatives in and around DC. I've made some changes for the better in my life since then. Perhaps 9/11 was the catalyst. It really does make us think and appreciate life a lot more.:D
