8am ADR...will parking lots be open early?

We have an 8am ADR next week at Epcot...no early extra magic hours that day. I want to make sure to allow enough time to be on time for our ADR. Will the lots be open early enough for this? Also, what time do the Fast Pass kiosks open in the park? Thanks!!

Yes you can get into the parking lot fairly early. Infact if you get there early enough there is just a sign that says "Please proceed to your destination." and you don't have to pay for parking, unless you exit and re-enter.

you should be able to get to the gate about 7:45-7:50a and get into the park. As far as the Kiosks I would assume they aren't open/on till the regular park opening. The old FP machines only came on once the park was open. But I've not been to the park in the last couple of months to check (12 days on the Magic in the Med instead of my May/June trip to Fla.)

Lot will be open.
