Just a heads up for anyone interested in flying out of Nashville....SW, Delta, NW, AA, etc are all offering $89 or less RT....some are through 6/5, some through 6/30 but some are through 8/3.

Sweet deal if anyone can use it

SB in KY ...Which airline has those prices through 8/3? I know that SWA has some through June, but I am going to WDW late July and would love to check out those fares from Nashville!

I just looked for Nashville to Orlando on Delta from July 14-21 and it came up $95 and change round trip.

Anytime I can fly for under $100RT from Nashville it is cheaper than driving!!

I am so depressed... we finally get good fares, but I will be living in Atlanta by then.

Tell me about it, Carol! I just moved from Nashville! Those $39 each way trips to Orlando are killing me right now!

Yep, they are non-stop, but we didn't get them. Hubby is adamant about flying out of Huntsville. Hopefully, the fares from here will come down. Right now I'm looking at $240 from here, and non-direct.

Delta is the only one running those rates through 8/3...everyone else ends on 6/30 or before to match SW I guess.

Isn't it great! I heard about these rates & went from driving to flying pretty quickly. Especially with the cost of gas!

clkelley: We are in Hunstville also. The drive up to Nashville is not bad at all. Hsv will never come close to matching those rates. They don't have much competition so they don't have to. Good luck!

I wish he would go to Nashville. However, this particular trip is kind of different. I'm already going to be out of town in Virginia and hubby is going with some friends of his. He takes an ECV with him, and I'll have the truck.

Locally, he can get somebody with a truck to take them to the airport, but not up to Nashville. Also, that is a very early flight in the morning. They would have to go to Nashville the night before.

Huntsville will drop below $200 eventually. It always does. We'll be pretty happy with around $180.

I wish Independence had not dropped their direct flights into Orlando. It kept the price of the Delta commuter flights pretty low
