For those looking to go during March Break and can start the vacation a few days early then Jetblue has lots of $89 flights midweek at the end of Feb to March 9 and returning March 17. I booked my Feb 24 flight in September and the price has dropped from $119 to $89 from Buffalo to Orlando and I got the return for $89 in September. On the phone now to get a credit on my flights to Orlando. Happy flight hunting!

Shhhhhhh...I have to wait another week to find out if that is where I'm going for MB. Don't let the cat out of the bag on my flight.

Thanks for this. I checked it out and the two weeks we are looking at work out. Hubby still wants to drive but this may sway him.

We were booked on Airtran (have been since Sept) to fly down March 8th, for $89, really wanted to fly on the 7th, and they changed my flight by about an hour, we weren't getting in until 8 pm. I have been watching and waiting, when I saw Jetblue with prices of $89 I was shocked, so we are now flying down on the 7th, for $89 and get there at 11:30 am, and I am saving the seat fee, and baggage fee with Jetblue. We have never flown Jetblue only Airtran for the last 4 years, will there be a big difference? I know Airtran is a budget flight, so probably comparing apples to oranges here. We have also never taken a flight this early in the morning, it leaves at 8:36 am, what time should we be at the airport in Buffalo, 6:30 or 7? Is the airport that busy that early in the morning? Thanks in advance, we are so stoked to be going to Orlando in 68 days!

I am still very much a '2 hour in advance person'....if you arrive inside the airport no later than 7am you will be fine. If that were me I would plan to be arriving on the airport property by 6:30...to find parking and get inside the terminal. In my past experience it only takes about 10-15 minutes to park and get inside but I prefer to be early rather than stressing about the time.

That being a Monday morning I would think that yes, it would be busy. It tends to be busy for the early AM flights anyway. We like to fly out around 11am....makes getting there easier and we always walk right through security.

Thank you, the thought of it being a Monday morning, and business travellers never even crossed my mind! We are staying at a hotel accross the street, so will shuttle over there! I will have the shuttle pick us up at 6:15 or something. We typically don't take flights that early in the morning eithier, but thought it to be the best option, we have the resort booked for that day, and we can check in at 3, so it works for us!
