$89.95 USO/IOA Ticket that gave 5 for 2 plus Express????

Was I dreaming, or did I see (around 8/17/04) a ticket offer for 5 days/less than the price of 2 that included Express Pass , City Walk Pass and a coupon book for $89.95???

Did I wait too late to purchase??? I'm just sick that I missed this!!!
