84 points remaining - 108 SSR points at $10 a point if all are rented

I have 84 points remaining (108 points) for Saratoga Springs at $10 for all or $10.50 for smaller amounts. I require a contract be signed by both parties in all cases (a clear statement of rental terms protects both parties). I enjoy working with renters to get reservations at any of the DVC resorts, including wait listing for reservations within reason, if necessary. I realize that a Disney vacation is a big investment and I will work with you to get you what you want, but you must understand all reservations are on a first come first served basis so I can make no promises.
