Was there one something about Mony Mony? all I can remember in my head right now it the course, and it is the bad words, not the real words.

That's a lot of songs to see if something is missing??? In the 80's I went to see in concert: Rick Springfield, Cheap Trick, Styx, Journey, Ozzy Osbourne (bf, not my choice, lol), Billy Joel, and Paul McCartney (that might have been 1990). One song that was a big danceclub song in college was "She blinded me with Science" but not sure of the artist.

It's a great, well diversed list. However, I would put in more, Talking heads, OMD, Clash, Ramones, Sex Pistols, Depeche Mode, INXS, Motels, Beastie Boys, Tom Tom Club, Smiths and Elton John!

You forgot Michael and Janet Jackson, but that's okay, I would too! :flower:

Wow that's really the ultimate collection. I should just go look for it! It would have probably been cheaper than me downloading everything. Thanks so much!

Now I'm going to have to listen to these - good thing I loaded them all on iTunes the other night!!!!! Glad to help out - 80s music is a guilty pleasure of mine!!

PS - I got it at Best Buy about a year ago...

How about some Violent Femmes? A few suggestions:
Blister in the Sun
Add it Up
Gone Daddy Gone
Prove My Love

I also have this song in my head that I don't think is on your list. I can't remember who sang it, but I think it is called "Don't You Want Me, Baby". It starts with "You were working as a waitress in a cocktail bar.."?

East End Boys and West End Girls - Pet Shop Boys (I'm pretty sure!)

Goodbye to You - Scandal

Who Can it be Now? Men without Hats (?)

Safety Dance - can't remember artist

I just skimmed over most of the songs so I may have missed something but very big in the 80's was Madonna!!! Janet Jackson was also popular for dance songs.

Some Modonna songs...
Like a Virgin
Crazy for You
Dress You Up
Holiday
Vogue
Express Yourself
Material Girl
Papa Don't Preach

Some Janet Jackson songs...
Nasty
What Have you Done for Me Lately
When I Think of You
Control
Miss You Much
Rhythm Nation
