About nine years ago, my mom's job was transferred to another county in NJ. She spent an entire year commuting to work, which she couldn't stand. A year later, my parents decided that we were going to move closer to where she works.

Exactly 8 years ago today, we visited the house that my parents and I now live in. Why is this a big deal?

I just realized that I've spent over half my life living in this house. It creeps me out.

Anyway, have any of you ever had to move?

I've moved once, when I was in third grade i moved to a house that was closer to my dads work, and that was a one story house since my mom couldn't climb stairs. But, now i might move again because my dad is retiring, and my mom is going to die soon.

I used to move all the time, mostly from Texas to California. The last move was almost 3 years ago.

I had to move when I was baby because of something that happened between my mom and him.

My mom is planning to move an hour away from disney in August or June or something.I'm gonna miss my friends=[

I have moved 5 times, 3 of which I cannot remember. I've lived in Saratoga Springs, NY (The town the resort was based on), 3 houses in Newport News, VA, and 2 houses in Charlotte NC. I remember moving from Virginia to North Carolina, and I counted to 10000 in the car (I was 4) and played in the backyard while my parents packed, and unpacked. Last summer I moved across town to a bigger house, and I missed about half the packing while I was at soccer camp, but I spent about a month unpacking just my room.

The last time I moved was 7 years ago. I've lived in my house for over half my life, too. I started 1st grade while living here, and I'm probably going to start high school here.

i moved when i was in 4th grade. i lived in this house for 9 years now.
it wasn't that bad though, i only moved a town over, so i still talked to most of my friends. when we entered high school we were all back together anyways. so it wasn't that bad at all, made new friends and kept the friends i already had.

I've been here ever since.

I moved around inside that neighborhood when I was a child, but never moved out of it, until I was 12.

moving out of there was one of the best things to ever happen to me.

We actually moved into my grandma's old house, so it wasn't that big of a change for me.

i moved form Hamburg, NJ to Denville, NJ and then when my parents got divorced my mom moved to Parsippany NJ
