8 Passenger Mini Van??

Anyone know which companies offer an 8 passenger vehicle other than those BIG vans? Alamo says it does but when I put in my info it doesn't show me that car as an option to pick from.

Make sure you check for large suv as well as minivans. I checked Hertz website and it shows both a chevy tahoe and a GMC yukon. Both are 8 passenger. I have never had one as a rental though so not sure about it.

We have a ford expedition that also holds 8. (which we love) So keep this in mind when looking.

I have an 8 passenger Chevy Venture, but GM stopped making minivans. I do not think Chrysler or Ford have one for 8. They might be a thing of the recent past.

When you click on the 'Save 20% in FL or CA' link on Alamo's homepage, an 8 passenger Sienna comes up. It's the 'Sunpromo' but only good through the middle of February. If you don't use the link, or use other codes, it only lists a 7 passenger van. Not sure why.

I was looking last night at the Tahoe's and the Yukon's because I thought for sure they were 8 passenger..however they're listed at 5 and sometimes 7..but nothing for 8...

One other issue, any van that I have ever seen that holds 8 will have very little if any luggage space, particularly luggage for 8 people.

I haven't checked but assume you can get an 8 passenger van through Priceline. I've saved quite a bit of money on rentals through them in the past. Unlike hotels, I really don't care which company (Alamo, Hertz, etc...) I rent a vehicle from.
