8 more days lots of Questions!

We are leaving for the World in 8 days and my girls (1,4 and 7) still have no idea! I am so excited however I have not started to do anything! No packing, no preperation, no planning! I got our ADR but that is a much planning as I have done! WOw, so anyone wanna plan our week for us? lol, This will basicly be our first trip since last y ear DH nd the 2 older DD's got sick and we spent the whole week at celebration hospital I AM SO EXCITED! It is our first plan ride so I know my oldest will be a little scared and my 4 year old will be in heaven, they are so different. The baby will be fine as long as i have food to shove in her mouth! So does anyone have any planning pointers? We are going from the 25th until the 31st. We arrive at MCO at 9:29 AM and will take the Magic Express to the Pop to check in and PRAy there is a room ready for us (I kind of think there will be because I have talked with the hotl manager who said he would try to make sure there is one) let the kids take a potty break and head off on our magical adventure!

I am thinking of going to Animal Kingdom the first day. We have dinner at Chef Mickey's at 8:15 which is so late!

So here is my first question:

I think Animal kingdom closes at 5 or 6 so if we leave there and go back tot he Pop, rest for a little bit and then we take the bus to Downtown Disney and then take it to the ocntempory for Chef Mickeys and then we ahve to do the same thing comming home, correct? My kids are going to be so BEAT!

They are usually in bed and asleep by 8! The baby by 7:30! lol, they will be dragging!

OKay, my next question is what time do the busses stop running? All of our dinners are late around 8ish and I am worried that if we hang out for a little while at dinner then we might not have a ride back to the Pop.

Next question is how early does the magic Express leave to take you back to the airport? OUr planr leaves Disney at 6:15. Does that mean that they are going to make us leave 3 hours before our flight time? Cause that means we are leaving around 3:15 to go to MCO.

Alright one more and then i am done with the questions!
Where can I go to buy some light foods? We are getting a little fridge for our room and I need to know where I can go to buy some snacks and stuff to keep in our room for the kids. My oldest daughter could care less what she eats but My middle daughter will only eat PB&J uncrustables on Tuesdays, not sure why so i need to buy some to put int he fridge! Any help would be great!

If the MK is still open the night of your Chef Mickey's ressie, just walk over to the park and take the bus back to Pop. If not you could take the monorail from the Contemporary to Epcot and take a bus from there. It would be more fun, and likely faster, than transfering from Downtown Disney.

The buses from the park run until 2 hours after closing, so figure that into your transportation plans.

As for food...I think I would either contact Garden Grocer or Wegoshop to have it deliverd to your room. The prices at the Pop store are high, and the selection is not that great. You could also ship a package with some items to the resort so you do not have to lug them with you, this could be a help with 3 children in tow.
