I checked the board but didn't find 8/19/07. Any one else going? I just booked it a few days ago and am so excited. This is going to be my 2nd cruise (just went in June), but my DH's first one. It'll be me, my DH and DS8. I know it's a year away, but I can't wait!

Hello. Yes we are turning 2 cruises into one. It is me DH, DW, and two teenage DD (15 &14 yrs old). We had promised them a 7 night cruise (it will be their 3rd one with Disney) next summer. However the Magic moved to the Med and there was no way we could afford that. (DVC members using points) sooooo....we booked back to back cruises. We are looking forward to it and on the 19th (switchover) we might go to Cape Canaveral. Hopefully we will run into you on the second half of our trip. pirate:

I am also looking a booking back to back on the Wonder 8/16-8/23, I have been trying to search to find info regarding whether not we will have disembark & remove our luggage? I am also concerned if the activities will be varied enough from one cruise to the other for the 11yr old?

Any advice would be great!

I think there would be plenty to do. The programming for the kids is great and they are always active. The last time we went my kids were that age and we hardly saw them. Going to Nassau twice will give you extra time to do those special excursions. We are actually thinking of doing the Dolphin Encounter on one stop and then laying back on the other. Of course there is tons of stuff to do on Castaway Cay and it never seems enough time so we are glad for two days there also. You would have to disembark on Sunday but we were told we could keep the luggage on the ship. We have the same room back to back. We were thinking of going to Cape Canaveral that day. :thumbsup2

Just checking in to list us as first-time cruisers on the Wonder Aug 19-23, 2007! It will be me, DH, DS6 and a child-free couple in our party.

Celebrating my 38th birthday in style! :woohoo:

:cool1: Less than 2 months to go and we are off and cruising.... anybody else joining????? Also regarding the posts above....we have opted to stay on the ship. We were told that we could just stay and check in at the desk once boarding begins again. The ship is pretty well shut down but we will head topside and chill for the 2-3 hours...maybe bring the portable DVD player and catch a movie. LOL!
