It will be my DM67, DS10, DS7 and DD6 along with me- who will be 40 by that time! Augh!

Right now we are in 5020 and 5013. Hoping for 2 connecting SPH rooms....

I'm hoping to join you on the 'double dip' cruise! Just waiting for my quote from Dreams Unlimited and then I'm going to book! It will be me (49 now), my DS(14 now) and my DD(12 now). This will be our 4th Disney cruise and we can't wait! I love the fact that the cruise stops at Castaway Cay twice! I'll let you know once we finalize everything but I couldn't resist replying to your post! So glad to see a thread for this cruise!

Count us in......as back-to-backers as we're staying onboard for the 8/21st sailing.

There's another DIS family doing the B2B that week, too.

Its me & DH and DS (12 now) and DD (10 now). We got late seating.

We did the DD To Costa Maya back in August. It was great going to CC twice because it gave us the chance to do things you don't have time to do when you go once. We rented bikes and really, really enjoyed it and I recommend it highly.

And it isn't a let down if the weather is bad on the first CC day because you know you've got another coming up.

DCL had special merchandise for sale on CC for the double dip cruises. They called it "twice the Magic". Hopefully they'll have "twice the Wonder" merchandise.

Okay, I've got to add my countdown timer for this cruise. Its really not that far away.

Hi - we too will be on the 8/17/08 dd and also the 8/21/08 3 day. Joining me will be my dh, dd who will turn 17 on the 4 night, and ds(12). Looking forward to the dd and also a 3rd trip to Castaway Cay!

We're in!!!!! We are currently booked in a cat 11 but I'm going to change that today to a cat 10 since it's only $60 more. My gang is me (34), dh (36), dd (currently 5, will be 6 when we sail) and ds (currently 17 months, will be 2 when we sail). Both my kids' birthdays are in September so they will actually be almost 7 and 3 but we get ds for free again since he is under 3 at the time of sailing. We just got off the 1/7/07 Wonder and loved it so much that we booked again in less than a month.

Traveling with us is also my sister (Mickey'sfriend) and her family, our parents and my sister's in-laws. There will be 13 of us total.

Hello fellow cruisers! Well, we certainly have it bad for the Mickey boat! Just sailed on 1/07 and have another cruise booked already! (I knew we should of rebooked onboard!) My sister's post is just ahead of me! Glad to be traveling with them again!! My kids will be 15, 12, and 9 when we sail! Can't wait!!! Actually I am just as glad to be planning another trip as I am to go!! and there is certainly enough time to plan this one! I missed the DIS meet last time - just couldn't get away from the family. Hope to join in on this time's fun!!

Hey all you Jersey and Pennsylvania people- let's meet before we cruise!

I can have a meet at my house one Saturday when the weather gets better. I have a big backyard with lots of things for the kids to play with (and a fence!). I live in Middletown, NJ near the shore.

Or we can meet somewhere in the middle. I'm up for anything. I know there's a big crowd from Pa so I am willing to go there. (Don't mean to be sooooo rude and invite myself)

Yeah, that "other" cruise leaving the same day as us is hogging page one on the meets thread.

Lots of NJ & PA'ers on late August DCL cruises. We did the Wonder 4 night in August 2005. We played the final jackpot bingo game. We were the sole winner in the first game. Someone from NJ was the sole winner in the second game. And when the winner was announced for game three the CM said, "from guess where". Yup, it was NJ.

Here's a weird DCL moment we had on Saturday. We went skiing at Camelback ski resort in the Poconos. We were eating lunch at the small restaurant at the top of the mountain. Sitting next to us was a family with a young girl that was wearing a DCL t-shirt. It was the D Sea U t-shirt.

I would have said something to the family but we were in a rush as DH, DD & DS wanted to participate in the ski races that afternoon and we needed to head over to the other side of the resort.

Small world, eh.

Hope you guys are keeping warm. It was 5 degrees yesterday morning taking the kids to the bus stop and 8 degrees this morning.

I could never cruise DCL in the winter. I see people's pictures of long pants and sweatshirts at the sailaway party and I and

Give me hot, hot, hot August temps everytime.

All time coldest we had on vacation was a President's Day weekend at Smuggler's Notch in VT. Sunday morning it was -26 degrees. Yes, that's minus 26 degrees. No wind, though. Thankgoodness for hand warmers and toe warmers.

Fortunately I've been able to skip the bus stop for the last 2 mornings. They put my dd's school on a 2 hour delay on Monday but cancelled Kindergarten (she's in Kindergarten) and then today they just cancelled the elementary school all together since they only had a 1/2 day scheduled for conferences anyway. But I guess tomorrow she goes back.

That is sooooooooo funny! Really we need to meet this time. My kids can't wait to go again. Especially when we went the last August we only spent about 3 hours in CC and now this time we get to go twice...My kids will be 10 and 12 when we cruise again next year!!!

Well I have booked so it's official, we're really going on the double dip 4 night Wonder cruise!

We're experiencing really cold weather up here too. It was -30 C (I think that's about -22 F) the other day and they say it's going to be like that until the end of February. So an August cruise on the Wonder sure looks good right now, even if it is in 2008!

Ski-and-Sea, we went on the 4 day Disney Cruise in January 2002 and it was freezing! The ports were okay but it was so cold on the ship that you couldn't even sit outside on the deck without long pants and a jacket. It was so much nicer when we went on the cruises in the fall. And August will be even better!
