OMG!!!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE SAYING!!! TODD CAN HOOK YOU UP WITH COSTUMES. It just takes $$$$$$. Wait until you see his outfit! He has rings made from the casts of the original, he has the compass (in the picture with DD she is holding it), it really blew the DCL Jack out of the water.

If you can sew , then your good to go cheap ...even if you know someone who can sew .....I have all the pictures from all costumes including materials and all kinds of goodies like where to get actual casted buttons and buckles ...If you cant sew will it be cheap?? Now will it be as much as a cruise? NO ...

No, it's not as much as a 2 week cruise. You have plenty of time to start working on it!

See the thing with my costume is that it is 95% screen accurate....The reaserch that went into it along with great people I know who have Disney ties helped tremendously. You brought up Barbossa , which I know a few people that have some screen casted buckles and all kinds of goodies(screen casted = casted from the piece used in the film) and most of my things are either casted from the real deal or made by the same people ...

Oh no Lisa its starting again ...you know How I get when we start talking about POTC

OK...never too early to start picking up stuff for the next cruise...especially when it is free...right?

Staples has 12 packs of Sharpie markers on sale for 5.64 after instant savings and FREE after easy rebate!!! I picked up a pack last year with this same deal and used them for the kid's photo matts that I turned into GS to be signed. They came out nicely. I'll have to take pics later.
