I think so. SWMBO did that in December. Decided she doesn't like regular martinis, just the apple and chocolate ones.

Those were my favorites too. I also like the Cosmopolitan. Didn't like the regular Martini and really didn't like the dirty one. I managed to drink them though!

DD & I made a chocolate cake last night. She cleaned up the mess too.

That reminds me, I promised DS I would make banana cream pie for dessert tonight - better get that started and put the stew up before it gets much later.

I thought my mom's DH was going to be going home oday. He is still on the vent--not having luck trying to wean him off. Now they think he has a touch of pneumonia and he is running a fever. They have moved him to another ICU room. Mom says the cause of this is that originally they over hydrated him before they did the surgery?

So sorry to hear that. I hope that they are able to stablize him soon.

Sorry to hear that he wasn't able to come home. Thinking good thoughts that he recovers quickly!

Hey, we have some of those "throw up bowls" too! AND, we have had to use them too many times in the past 6 weeks!

Oh well! It is what it is... (I have found that I have said that too many times in the past few months, that is never a good sign!)

I think it may be tough the first few days, but the closer we get to the eastcoast, the more we will be at our reg time.

That is what I am thinking too. I am glad that we aren't going to have to deal with jetlag flying home from CA.
