Yes they are!!! When my DD was about a year old we were shopping in Wal-Mart. A lady came out of nowhere and started making a fuss over my daughter and the color of her hair. (She was close to being a baldy but had the cutest curls in the back.) Any way, she kept getting closer and started reaching into her purse. I stepped between her and DD in time to see that she was getting out a pair of scissors!:scared1: She thought that she could just snip a tress of her hair to take to her hairdresser to match.:scared1: I said that she had to be *$&(#*$& kidding me and she still pressed closer to DD. :furious: At this point, my hands were clenched into fists and I was screaming for security to come and get her away from us before an ambulance was needed. Even while being escorted away by the security guard she was still blabbing about what the big deal was.:sad2:

Okay...that's just SICK! I think that's the worst thing I've ever heard. Well, except for things like kidnapping. Un-stinking-believable!:sad2:

Hi All --

Just wanted to stop in before going to bed. Been working a bunch this evening and actually got something done. At this rate, I'll be able to finish enough websites to pay for this trip. :lmao:

Off to bed for me, too . . .one day closer to our floating vacation! Have a super Tuesday, all!

oh my goodness! i can't believe that there are others on this thread that know where my hometown is!! that is so cool! and thanks so much for the info on tkts!

I miss the Southern Tier. I have many fond memories of Binghamton and visiting all over upstate from Chataqua to Sullivan County (not to mention Syracuse, Watkins Glen, Osewgo, Cortland)... Good times!

We met John & his family when I was taking care of the website for our 2nd cruise. After I added their info & sent him the link he commented about where we lived. I couldn't believe that he had heard of our town. They had been vacationing every summer 40 minutes from us for 16 years!!! Now we look forward to seeing them in July. :goodvibes

:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: 14lbs!! Did he walk out??

I had to c-sections also. In Staten Island Hospital - you too?

One of our employees was born there. He just had me send for a copy of his birth certificate. Small world.

Oh no. Now I hear tiny people singing......:dance3:

that's true...there are alot of ny'ers. i'm not from the city though. where are all the ny'ers here from? i'm looking for help on an upcoming nyc trip. we've been once...but never with kids. we plan on taking our older 2 to the city in may. looking for some fun, exciting things to do with them. it's just a day trip, and i know we'll need to hit the AG store, and the Disney store. i really want to show them some sites too. can anyone recommend a book...or just give me some tips??

My son in law is from Beacon...anyone live near there?

makes that a reality of something special.

Some maybe be tiny Paula, but the ones on the private deck are awesome! The have a balcony on one end and open like a back door onto the private deck with deck chairs, private pool & hot tub and a BUTLER! Now that sounds nice. Not as nice as of Trip Of A Lifetime of course, but a Butler...I could get used to that.......um James, peel me a grape! :rotfl:

We had a butler on the Sun at Christmas. You can get spoiled in a big fat hurry!
