Wow, just got back to my desk. If I had logged on right away instead of looking at my work stuff, might of had a run at this one. Oh well.

You know, I gotta tell you.......this picture thing in my signature is really working for me.

I am excellent at dieting at work. Just have my morning coffee for breakfast and then a yogurt for lunch. It's dinnertime and beyond that's the struggle. Well now I come home, visit with my Pirate friends, and stare at my big ole fluffy self in my signature and it's keeping me from gouging myself at dinner and snacking after that!

Thanks for the compliments... its' very gracious considering the Wenches have pretty much run AMOK for the first 2 dozen "000" postings. Pete....are you still here? I need some help....need a good cake recipe for a cake walk. They are having the walk this Friday at our school's winter carnival. What can you recommend to me? Something not too complicated now.....I'm not as talented as you....

There is a great angel food pineapple cake:

Dunken Heinz angel food mix with
1 can crushed pineapple

bake as directed

350 for 35 min i think

the great thing is it's very low in fat and calories
and it has 2 ingredients
