On the topic of crocs, I hated the way they looked. But since my back problems, walking was an issue, so I bought a pair and they are comfortable. I can walk at longer distances and don't have the lower pain starting in on me. I think they really do cushion you. I even bought a pair for DH but his are a bit big. But he likes them.

Dunken Heinz angel food mix with
1 can crushed pineapple

bake as directed

350 for 35 min i think

the great thing is it's very low in fat and calories
and it has 2 ingredients

Now if you are going to dig out the pineapples, you need to make a Pineapple Upsidedown Cake!

It's true what they say about not going to the store when you're hungry. I bought a little mini red devil cake......knowing full well that no one else in the house likes it. ANd then I wonder why I've gained so much weight...

My problem with that is if I go shopping on a full stomach, I don't buy anything.
