Ah you should of went on over DH was there helping set-up.
Well Ryan won for the Tigers 1st place. His trophy is bigger than him. Devin was doing well, but lost it in the last few heats. He would up in a tie for 7th. BUT had a great time anyway.

Congrats to Ryan. I probably walked right past your DH. :rotfl:

That sounds like the best answer.

The baloon toilet is something you would think Crash would dig up, not the Fairy Godother.

I am not so sure about the Fairy Godother, but the Fairy GodMother would certainly do things like that.
:lmao:

Who are you going to be? I just posted what Todd sent me last night. I think he asked for pms but you can tell me & I will add it on. :thumbsup2
I was hopin' ta be Miss Sparrow disguised as a pirate. Of course, I'm sewing challenged and haven't been able to find somewhere to buy a costume....I've got 18 months, I can learn to sew if I have to, I just do better with patterns and such.

Pete (is Pete okay, or is Peter better) I took out my brother's name, he only lives in HB since he's married, his DW Dierdra was born there. They are in their early-ish forties. Anyway, if he lives a block from the train, is that old HB, I always get mixed up.

Pete or peter or Petey or hooker or Barbossa, or barboosa as Todd likes to spell it. It will all be the same come 8/17/08.

Your DB would be around 100 or 101st street. We Know a few people in that area, my wife grew up on the old side(train station) near Our Lady of Grace.

Lisa, of the 8 time we took the Auto train from Virginia to WDW, we were late by at least a few hours on 7 out of 8 occasions. Twice we hit a car on the tracks and there was one fire.:(

The auto train is usually better though because you don't normally have stops between VA & FL. I wont get on that train every again!

Sorry, I was having flashbacks to High School when we were forced to read books such as "Waiting for Godo":)

"Mr. Godot says not today but maybe tomorrow."

(sorry...had to get that out of my head now. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight.)

Darn! I forgot the "t".

Good night!

darthrugby / O'BWV -

I was born and raised in Howard Beach (Lindenwood section - north of the Belt Pkwy). My parents are original owners from the early 60s and still live there!

I have moved up to Westchester since getting hitched...

O'BWV - I am the guy from the JAX thread from earlier today! Nice to chat with you again.

One of these days I'd like to take a RV or hotel hop with a Minivan to out of the way places in the USA. Visit the big roller coaster parks and see the national Parks. I don't know how complicated a motor home is - nor do I know whether I would prefer a motor home versus hotels. Resorts along the way are not necessary as I would be exploring the cities and country. Maybe one summer when the girls are a little bigger we'll jet into a region and wander around that way... car and hotel... for the BIG COASTERS at Kings Island - and elsewhere!!!

The Beast is a classic. Just took my daughter on it last fall, she was almost 8 at the time. I wasn't much older than her when it was built. Kings Island was just purchased last year by Cedar Fair, which owns Cedar Point, Knotts Berry Farm and others. Cedar Point's about 3 hours from Kings Island. When you do your tour, you can buy season passes good for all. Check out the animation on the new coaster opening this year at Cedar Point called Maverick, it's a launching coaster (similar to Rock N Roller Coaster) with a 95 degree drop on the first hill (angles back in):

Cedar Point also has the 120mph, 420ft high Top Fuel Dragster

And the 90MPH Millineum Force

Welcome to all new, Happy Birthday to all that are celebrating.
Good Nite all need to get up early training someone new on the database.
My family is also going to DL 3 days ahead of cruise, would also be interested in a dis meet before the cruise.

Wasn't someone looking for pictures of Scarlett? It's been too long since I've seen POTC 1, is this Scarlett? (Shame on me!)

I was the one looking for a pic of Scarlett but I've since changed my mind. I don't want to do an elaborate costume duplicated from the movie, so if someone else wants to claim being the "authentic" Scarlett...please do! I know someone mentioned a day or so ago that they would've liked to be Scarlett, but they thought it was already taken. I wish I knew who that was, but you can't search a thread anymore. :confused3 Anyway, I still want to be a "Scarlett type character", but I will pretty much be looking like many other wenches who will most likely be purchasing similar wench dresses. Thanks for trying to show the pic anyway. Todd did post some pictures a while back, but they weren't really clear.

Wow, you really need to change the abbreviation for Private Messages. I can't imagine any guy ASKING for pms.
