8/17/08 Captain Jack's Repossession Repo Cruise to PC thru TPC Part 4

This is likely to get lost overnight, but I am so excited I had to post. I've been bummed for a few days because my tax refund wasn't come out to nearly what I had expected. I'm doing them online and for some reason the program kept saying I was not eligible for the Child Tax Credit. I knew I was but through their chat and email, I couldn't get any assistance. I was about to do my taxes by hand. But I went question by question one last time. Turns out there was one question that I missed answering about my son. Instead of giving me an error for not answering it, the program just didn't accept him as my dependent. Finally got it to work and my refund is up where it should be. I was afraid I was going to have to cancel my Med Repo because of this. BIG load off my mind now.

Especially because it seems the men come out of the woodwork to get the 000's- we wenches talk so you know how many are here. Also because we talk- we end up with the 40 sec rule against us too. So again I say, I don't like those odds.

Nope, sorry...........didn't happen...........stayed in bed until 5am this morning. These late nights and early mornings finally caught up to me, not to mention walking around in all this freezing weather.

So during that time non-castaway club members couldn't go there or what?
I think it was usual CC time about 5pm, the goofy pool was closed about 3.30pm and then they laid out tables and a buffett, ice carving, etc, and had the band up playing.

Now there were barriers up saying CC members only, but you didnt have to show your invite so maybe anyone could get in.

Darlene.. I had to go throught Fulton last night to go to Hannibal.. WOW all the snow..it was taller than the P&C along the end of 481

NBC Today Show is having a weather team here in a local town MEXICO reporting on the snow fall... They are getting another 12-24"of snow today. Those poor kids will be in school until JULY to make up for it. lol
I envy all you friends in the warm sunny places... 70*of snow since Sunday.

Andrew, we had that on our cruise this past August.. you remember.. But since that cruise was much smaller they had in in Diversions.. it was a nice hors R'oevres buffet.. I am sure since the REPO cruise was so large... with CC members they had it on deck..Its not publicaly announced so someone that is not a CC member woulndt know to go there.. Just my 2 cents..lol

BTW.. thank you for all the info you are giving us on CALIF and for this cruise.. I missed meeting you on our cruise in AUG...I think we were suppose to be in PALO at the same time but never met.. Hopefuly this time..

Yes last one was smaller, I will not bet but guarntee that the repo one in 2008 will be big and on deck proberly after Acapluco, as its a bit busy before then.

The buffett was very nice last time, but the repo was more like a pirates night with cocktails!

I was in Palo twice for brunch last time one on my own booking once in the private are with other dissers, there was about 14, sorry I missed you.

Hope my information helps,its nice to have done it and give some help what happened before it really will be a great trip but if you blink you will miss something.

Renee - I've been watching the news and the papers !!! WOW - some of the pics.....I went to college up north, but it is still cool to see all that snow each time....yup, more today and tonight ..we could use a break from this pattern!!!!
