Good morning, all!

And Happy Birthday to Scott of Geffric! Sounds like a good pirate name - "Scott of Geffric" at your service, Captain.:rotfl:

Took a while to catch up. They actually expected me to work yesterday. Hopefully today won't be so crazy.

And as DD5 has reminded me everyday for the last month - Cinderella III comes out on DVD today.

That place looks awesome! We were going to do the dolphins in Cozumel I believe, But opted for the infamous jeep tour led by our captain. This place looks very, very nice. We have so much planning to do.
Yeah my DW would definitely like this, I was watching the travel Channel the other night they had a repeat of there tour of RCL's Freedom of the Seas. They also had a Dolphin encounter which had a huge pool which looked way nice!:thumbsup2

That ship looks Awsome! When is DCL gonna wake up & build some new Ships:confused:

:bday: HAPPY BIRTHDAY SCOTT!!!:bday:

:sunny: :sunny: Lorri: sorry to hear it is still chilly in your office - here is some sunshine for you!!!:sunny: :sunny:

Send some my way too. It is so cold in my office I am about to break out the gloves. AND the white s*** is falling outside (note to moderator -- I meant snow. I am not trying to circumvent the obscenity filters :rotfl: ). AND I didn't pay attention to the weather forecaster and drove my non-all-wheel drive, non-anti-lock brake car without snow tires to work this morning, so my 2-hour drive home will likely take all afternoon. Maybe I will post from the ditch on the side of the road later tonight.

Well.... at least we're in the same Galaxy as you Andy!

LOL!!! That's about how I've felt the past couple of days too Crash!!! :rotfl2:

OK, I can't believe I just did this, but I had to share this with a "few" of my closet friends, LOL!!!

I just got a quote for the 5 day sailing of the Magic on 9-1-08 for just Hazel and I in a cat. 11, if I can swing it, and pull it off, I'm going to use this as a surprise 33rd Wedding Anniversary gift to her. The price came in a just a tad over $1200, I first got a quote for a cat. 9, but since it would just be the two of us, the $$ saved from a cat. 9 to a cat. 11, would help cover our tips for the 5 nights.

Can you imagine 20 nights on the Magic in a row and three stops at Castaway Cay within days of itself!!! Talk about your back to back cruises, I think my retirement date of June 1, 2010 might be extended, LOL!!! :rotfl2:

:wizard: Wish me luck, I think I'm going to need it!!!!!:wizard:

Andy, I had the same thought, but with just me and 2 of my DDs. It was fun to think about, but not going to happen. What are you gong to do with DD? Think she would need a lift home? DH should be able to swing it if you need to.:goodvibes

Yeah, same here! I have 53 PAGES to catch up on 'cause I missed a day! :faint:

My problem is, I spend all of my spare surfing moments (when I am sitting on a boring CC or waiting for my computer to crunch some numbers) catching up here and I am not sure I've read the main boards in a few days. Hope I don't miss any useful information there.

Ahoy maties and shiver me timbers!!! Our family has decided to walk the plank onto the EB Repo cruise!
Our party consists of myself Karen, DH Ed and DD Patricia who wil be 9 at the time of the cruise. Anyone with kids out there looking for a pen pal, just let us know!!! This wil be our fifth cruise on DCL.:yay:

I, too, am trying in vain to catch up on all of the postings here. But from what I can gather, this seems like the best group of DISers anywhere on the board! :thumbsup2 Now all I have to do is find that banner somewhere amongst the hundreds of pages, remember how to update my signature and count down the next 560 days to pure bliss! :hourglass

:welcome: to you and everyone I have missed! I will have a 9 yo DD also! party:

 ..the green hair lady is very hard to take early in the morning...

 ,crashman!

:welcome: , paula too!!!!, new zealand ,was a place i wanted to go..
then the kids came.

tell us something about where you live [pics would be nice], and
your family, plez do. :flower3: pirate:

Do either of these above go easier on your eyes this morning?

And please feel free to address me any way you think in which I might notice - including "Crash" and....;) since "Captain" is otherwise "taken" by Todd on this thread...

Hi Jeff,

I read water meters for a living, have been doing it nearly 28 years now, and I still don't like the cold weather, I'm a warm weather type person. Besides, I have arthritis in both of my kness, have had 7 knee operations (4 left knee, 3 right knee) since I was 16 years old, so this cold weather takes it's toll on me after awhile.

It was still quite brutal walking out there this afternoon, but at least I finished the meter book I was working on around 2pm, then I got in my work car and kicked the heat up on high. :rotfl:

Dude! I'm gonna use you as my mental reference the next time I complain that the friggin' A/C has turned on here at work...and it's 50 degrees outside!!! I mean I know the computers in the other room have to be happy but it's a bit ridiculous that I have to have a small heater under my desk!

I agree...

... what a bargain for adding to the TPC to make a triple dip and 20 day voyage! Alas... we have our kids to get back to school ... and I gotta mow the lawn and feed the dog!.... well, actually the dog goes to my sisters' for a visit when we travel... so I don't really have to feed the critter.

But - we will decline your thoughtful proposal with unconcealed envy and cheerful compliments!

.... now if everone will excuse me... I gotta get the kids to school then follow up on some work before I can return to hang here....

Have a great afternoon everyone!

:wave2:

If Hazel and I do the 5 day, either Angelina will go and stay with my mom, or, my mom and Angelina will fly back to NJ on 9/1 and Hazel and will fly home the following Saturday. I got the deposit in for the 5 day, I just have to wait and see how things go between now and next summer.

We saw that show too. DH wants to cruise that ship next. Well, after this one, of course ;)
