Just went and checked the Two Palms website and saw that the Magic sailed by at 7:11pm tonight. Hi Paula and Family, we wish we were all sailing with you this week!!!

weather report: high 44 / low 33 woohoo above freezing all day

Woke up to a mudslide. A small one, but a pain in the add. Our neighborhood is in a river valley between 2 mountains, so our backyard isn't so much a yard as a big, steep hill (going up). Well we have deckzilla on the back of the house (12x40 deck). I looked outside this morning to find about 5 inches of mud on 1/2 of the deck. Oh joy. At least it is not the hottub side.

So we have that to deal with. And I still need to get the house put back together from vacation unpacking and a last munite trip across the continent last week, oh and we're going puppy shopping! We're getting a rescue, so we have a few stops to make to see if we can find the right one. Then there is Easter that I am so not prepared for. And DS8s hockey party.

Busy busy busy...

That stinks! So sorry you have to deal with this!

We have had a quiet day here. The kids and us needed to chill from a week of late nights & being on the go all day. We ended up going to see Bridge to Terabithia on base...$6 for the 4 of us can't be beat. DS hadn't finished reading the book so he didn't know how it ended. We were both in tears for the last 20 minutes or so of the movie.

I managed to get everything out for the baskets during the day but now I have to get it all out of the garage & stash the baskets.

We're not sure. Everyone seems to think it was a ST! She just kept hitting the automatic reply & animated smileys over & over again. Plus she started using vulgarity. She made it so we could not chat to each other. Very sad.

This is very sad. I hope that it doesn't happen again.

The baskets are done & hidden in the laundry room ready to be placed in their spots when we are heading out the door to Church.

Good evening all. Glad to hear theMagic is ok. Paula will have an adventure to tell us when she gets back!

We had a mellow day. We went with the neighbors to Home Depot for Kids Workshop. It was a roller coaster car. Very cute. This time we actually followed the directions! While we were there dd had to go to the bathroom and a home improvement project was born! I have a very large cold air return in my dinning room. We went by some tin/metal decorative sheets. The area is 18" x 30". So I bought a lage sheet and tin cutters and nailed it to the wood frame that was falling apart! It actually looks nice.

Well off to play Easter bunny. Hope everyone has a great Easter. We are going to met up with our friends at Old Country Buffet.

Sorry I've been away everybody. I have a new "obsession"...we decided to buy a Boxer puppy We can't bring him home untill next month,he's just now 4 weeks. In the meantime we have to put up a fence.

He's just gorgeous. We decided to name him "Harley" Guess I'll have to add him to my signature. As soon as I can figure it out, I'll post the pics of him.
