True...I thought that it was a prerequisite for participating on this thread. :lmao:

Has the c...r...a....w....l.... to the pirate: started?

What a slow day!

Can we give this a boost.:confused3 I still need to play ketchup. :thumbsup2
After all, I have the OMD I need to deal with too.

Your right Lisa.:) I just had a weak moment. What was I thinking.:rolleyes1 Wait so I would have a chance to grab for the wenches!!!

I liked Charlotte's Web. It was not as dark as the Disney movies!!!:thumbsup2 I took DGD to see Meet the Robinson's. Once again no parents and an evil villian. The 3D scared my DGD (two years and almost a half) to death. She finally got wise and took off the glasses.

DS still wont use the 3D glasses for anything. He is 8. Is is a decent story or one to be skipped?

OK, I survived my big work event. Not bad considering that I wrote all the speeches while sleep deprived on an airplane.

I didn't get fired, so we'll call it a success.

Have faith Swabbies. Disney is working on a "Masculine " card:lmao:

You mean Ariel wasn't specifically designed for swabbies??

Back to work... I won't be much help on the pirate: run. Hi ho and whatnot.

Has anyone heard from BIP recently???? Maybe I missed her posting.:confused3

Why do you all always do this? So close, yet so far. And once again I'll miss it because I have to embark on my merciless commute. See you all in a few hours. GO WENCHES!

If its time to run, is it time for

The 3D is one of the best I have seen outside of the park. It was good but not a classic. I think 8 and above might understand it more. My DGD did clap at the end when the boy was adopted and finally had parents. Maybe she understood more than I gave her credit for.

That is very true for most kids. ;) It is amazing what they will come back with sometimes...even weeks later...at the worst moment possible. LOL!

Forgot to mention the glasses look like Drew Carey glasses, huge, black and ugly. Without the glasses, sometime the screen is a little blurry. I think the magic of the movie is the 3D.

I know a while back some DISers were talking about the August West converted to East Magic Cruise and the thunderstorm at the end of the CC day..... here's what the beach looks like when it thunderstorms

WOW!!! We started our 10 Day Wonder last August with a huge storm just before leaving the port. I swear the lightening hit the boat. Storms are scary on the water.

Temperature is dropping like crazy. I sure wish I was in Florida with our group.
I hope this cold front does not reach Florida.:sad2:
