Headed off to bed. It's going to be a busy week this week. :dance3:

Hey MR ... That could be the name for one of our TOAL Drinks.....;)

"I'll have a Devil's Juice, please"

Saw the recipe for the "Devil's Juice" non-alcoholic drink. No thanks....tomato juice, cranberry juice and Tobasco Sauce in the same glass?!?!?!?! NO THANK YOU!!!!

I nominate the Midori Margarita as our officia drink!
It's green (DISgreen with enough Midori
yummy.gif
) AND it requires a blender so a few blender toating folks will be happy!

MIDORI MARGARITA

ingredients:
• 1 oz. Midori
• 1 oz. sweet-and-sour mix
• 1 oz. tequila
Cantaloupe ball
Watermelon ball

Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients (except melon balls) with ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. The rim of the glass should be moistened with lemon juice and rolled in salt. Garnish with melon balls.

hmmmmmm I think I may have to perfect the recipe and try it out a few (dozen) times!

And Mike you can do that really cool thing where you are on your ship and then all of a sudden you are somewhere else. I con't know how he does it. Maybe wiggles his tentacles like Samantha wiggled her nose and poof he goes to where his heart desires to be.

Hey why didn't you try that Friday....you could have been here.

Ms. D'sJ then says "I am dead serious, I need the first and last name of Mickey Mouse" I almost shot my Blue Tini across the table in a spit take! She goes on to say that she didn't get enough interaction with Mickey. Specifically she said "I go to Seaworld to see Shamu, and I come to Chef Mickey's to see Mickey Mouse" The Character Coordinator asked if Ms. D'sJ was happy with the other characters. Ms. D'sJ said "I don't care about these other chumps, I'm here to see Mickey Mouse" Again Blue Tini shot through my nose! The CC offered individual time right away with MM, but Ms. D'sJ said no. That was basically the end of it so I don't really know what the woman wanted.

Welcome to the Happiest Place on Earth!!

NOT ENOUGH DUCT TAPE IN THE WORLD TO KEEP MY HEAD FROM EXPLODING!!!!!!!

I have 2 days of ketchup...but here's where I've been:
My house is almost clean and organized without piles of random stuff in every corner for the first time since before we left for vacation 3 weeks ago. Laundry is done. The parent team wooped the Mite C's in the hockey game/party (I was the only Mom who played...). The team signed and gave DS the banner than hung in the rink all this year as his going away gift. Eggs were dyed. Easter bunny visited. Easter feast was prepared and eaten. We didn't get around to the mud on our deck yet because something else distracted us...

Weren't we going to create a Piratini??

Well...

I thought your photos of the Winter scenery were actually haunting beautiful and in an understated way. I've lived my life in SoCal and we never get snow or much of a seasonal change. I would love to awaken some day and see snow outside or snow fall. Well... I've seen snow and snow falling before but not LIVED in it. I would welcome the experience for a change of scenery to what I've got now. Problem is - of course - the kids being in school - our work that ties us to where we are - and that our vacations generally do not take us into the snow. Recently we were considering skiing in Mammoth (California) or Smugglers (Vermont) but both plans fell through unexpectedly.... sort of.

Anyways.... I really did think your photos were quite encouraging. I know it may seem rosy to get away from snowy/slippery roads or the cool weather - but consider the opposite... weather so hot you touch your car door handles and it singes you! Brushing against a dark car can be a painful moment! The grass often looks nicer on the other side of the fence.:confused3

Well DW is NOT HAPPY!!!!

First it was the 72-degree, shirt sleeves Christmas :santa: in Southern California....

And now, today we have a white Easter!!! 27 degrees, totally overcast and they say we're going to be up to 75 degrees tomorrow.

We live on the edge of the Black Forest and we woke up today to this....

I LIKE :cake: .........................

But :cake: doesn't like me

MR glad that you made it back home safe and sound. Sounds like you had a wonderful time (except for the DsJ wench). Anyway all of this talk of cake lately must have inspired DW to make a cake today for dessert. She decided to come up with her own. Chocolate cake with marshmallow filling chocolate icing and toasted coconut. It kind of fell a bit but tasted great. I guess this will be the only cake WW will allow you for a while. Good luck, we will all be rooting for you. Hope that everyone had a great Easter.

"M" congrats on the new addition to your family. She is beautiful. I am sure that your boys will remember this Easter for a long time to come.

Thanks but I can't take credit for the photos...DW is the official family photographer  (something to do with a degree in Fine Arts :confused3) I'm just a silly WMD engineer (yes, as a matter of fact, I am a rocket scientist!) Some of the scenery was indeed beautiful.

California native here. Spent my later childhood in SoCal (parents still live there) so I know what you mean. When I took a job on the East Coast I thought I was going to die during the my first winter there! :cold: :faint: My parents are waiting until DS' birthday in June to come visit because they can't deal with cold weather! This is good news for DW as it means they'll be out of her hair for at least 4-5 months out of the year :lmao:

I think it's 5 or 6 hours - but yeah, you're right - they will already be up as opposed to us on the EC who will either be staying up or setting the alarm to get up at that unholy hour of 3 am!

So...are you telling me that by some unfortunate twist of time zones...that not only did I have to get up ay 3 am (Alaska time) to book this adventure, but that I am also going to have to get up at 3 am (Eastern time) to book Palo, excursions???? That is so NOT fair!

Now I know that vacation is officially over..........................

I just joined Weight Watchers Online............

Lord help me.............

Judy I too would rather they swim in the lake........they are very cute though.....especially the ducklings!! They are just round little balls of fluff. Now tell me since you are a Floridian now........aren't the ducks bothered by the heavy chlorine levels in the pools???

Let's see, anything larger than a rainpuddle = gator
swimming pool = no gator

smart ducks

My worst experience at WDW deals with a mother duck with her little ones. At CBR on the lake a mother with her babies were swimming when a pelican swooped in and ate a couple of them!

Did you get the first and last name of the pelican so you could complain to the character coordinator???

Actually I , (CJS) had nothing to do with your turning into a fish face ....You must blame that one on Tia Dalma , oh wait she may not know either that she really is your true Love Claypso ...But before you grew that Ugly tentacle beard this is what you looked like ..

pirate2.jpg

But as always you let the Love of a women ruin your looks ..LOL JK but as you know My one and only Love is the Sea ...LOL

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Hey, that guy wasn't too bad looking before he got the goonies on his face!

They like the effects it has on maintaining their webbing free from molds. They also enjoy the bleached feathers ontheir butts without having to go to the beautician. It generally saves them alot of money.

You're a silly goose! ;)
