Mine was sitting in the family room watching tv while I was stressing at the computer. He handled my frustration pretty well. It helped to have someone to vent to. I was still up around 2:30 also.

Here, too.....dh was giving me "moral support" by watching the History Channel in the other room. I finally told him he could just go to bed if he wanted to. He did.

Morning All,
I am speaking in front of the board tonight. Not prepared one bit.
One thing I am noticing living here.............have to water,water & water if you wan't your lawn & flowers to live.
Trust me when I say you really didn't need to worry about it in NY, seems weather would just take care of it.

Can we talk fish extender now? It's hard getting things together when you don't know the number. It's one thing I don't want to wait last min.

Fish extender? I copied a couple of pics from the FE thread and the web, then sent that with what I wanted it to look like to my SIL. She said she got it done this weekend and is SO excited because she's never done anything like this before. She's not sure if she's going to send it to me or if she'll come and visit and bring it up. I'd just like to see what it looks like. I gave her my basics and then told her to use her best judgement. We'll see.....

I am still having a problem finding ANY shoes for cruise. My toe is still NOT healed and I am only able to wear flip flops. I am sure I will get alot of looks........so if you see someone wearing a formal gown & flip flops say hi my name is Tina.

Well, I'm having horrible luck finding anything, so you may see me in flip flops, too! Found a nice pair of platform flip flops with sequins and beads. If I can't find anything else, you'll have to say Hi, are you Tina or Jennifer.

I tried that and it printed out miniature. I'll have to try e-mailing it to myself.

Had that problem, too. Course, I highlighted it, pasted it into word, then had to reformat everything cause I didn't like the way it looked.

Ok, so here was my "story" that lead to us cancelling the cruise and getting 100% back before tomorrow.

WOW, I actually couldn't read your entire post because I was STUNNED that you were giving up! After I got through to the end, I was like...whew!

That wasn't very nice of you to leave us hanging for that ENTIRE post. You are NOT innocent!

But, I wouldn't expect anything less from a pirate. ARRRRRRRGH.

We watched a church do baptisms in the ocean in Curacao....it was amazing to watch and the ladies' singing was beautiful!

Hello all! I've heard so much about many of you via my DH, but I'm finally deciding to come out of my isolation and be social as our trip is getting closer and closer!

YIPPEE!!!!! Jump right in and WELCOME!

BRAG ALERT!

DS9 is FAST. Like scary fast.

His school has a running club that meets once a week in the spring & they have a track meet with 2 other schools. That was last night.

DS9 (3rd grade) ran the mile in 7:20. Only 3 5th & 6th graders beat him.

THEN after running the mile he ran 3rd leg of the 4x100 relay. He got the baton in 3rd place - handed it off in 1st by about 10 meters. Not sure how fast he ran in the relay but he's run 14 sec. 100 meters in practice.

THEN he ran the anchor leg of the 4x400 relay. He actually lapped the last place team along the last stretch.

DH has always been a runner (track and cross country in HS), he usually finished 2-3-4 in track races, won a few. And DS isn't too far off the times DH was running freshman year of HS.

The dude is FAST!

I tried that, but the 'print friendly' output was more like 'fiendly' and I only got half a page.

I then emailed my rezzie to myself, and printed from that

Maybe we can start a 'Friends of "Hassle Free" opossum' club onboard.

Okay, okay, I realize I am 100's of posts behind, but in case someone else didn't tell you,

When you print out your itinerary from DCL website, you will see on the right side a faded little "scroll bar". So it is not designed to be printed that way. I think this normally wouldn't be in issue as my first 10 days show up, but because our cruise is soooooo wonderfully long, it doesn't all fit without scrolling down.

Someone else mentioned a great idea of emailing it to yourself and then printing that.

Agree..I have already bought so much stuff..I am not sure how I am even going to get it on the ship! DH just shakes his head at me. Its actually ironic..when he met me..he was not a Disney fan like myself...how ironic that he is the one who ends up working for the Company!

I told my DH don't pack anything in carry-on, I have it covered. He's not liking the idea.

Or simply post to the PIRATE ZONE thread saying how many will attend & compete!
