I captured a picture of the Magic on the Gatun webcam from 9:16 to 9:39 am almost every minute. Anyone have any pictures from earlier

the last 20 images are for the Miraflores cam.....so maybe we'll get lucky this afternoon.....and the Disney Magic link was from 3 years ago...might get updated now?

was scheduled for that one at 12:30CST...but since she is almost 3 hours late in the first lock....I'd say she'll be late to Miraflores....so maybe 3pm or so???


edited....she was scheduled for 2:30 CST (i had my mind stuck on PST)....so I'd say more like 4 or 5pm CST

I can't wait to sweat like a pig! It's in the 50's here this morning. But more importantly, we can't wait to hear that horn again this summer!

It's pretty cool when smaller ships go through, they just throw a bunch of them in each lock at the same time. DH went through once on a 120' fishing vessel...with 2.5 tons of cocaine onboard. There were a bunch of ships in the lock with them.

Ah, DH is a smuggler? Pretty brazen too!

Andy's is stamped 9:14...can't tell when Todd's was, but looks like it might be the same

I just replayed the movie that was made back in 2005. The time stamps were (now remember this is reverse) Miraflores 9-11, Centennial 12:42, Gatun 5:40.so I guess the bridge cam should be the next view??? And around 5 hours from now I guess. Laura is in contact with Pam Disneysweetie on the other thread so hopefully she will be given an update.

I really have no idea why they left the drugs onboard, but DH & his team of 6 sailed from Panama to Miami - it was his first Command tour! We kept the American flag they raise to make the boat an American vessel. It is really the only time I've ever really worried about him (even when he was in the Middle East). I figured that whoever put 2.5 tons of cocaine on the stupid boat might want it back!

I have a great pic of DH and his guys sitting on a couch made of cocaine bricks on the pier in Miami.
