Don't bother, I e-mailed back to DCL to ask where on the website I could find the info and got the truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth:

Too late, I just sent it!

And they did tell me to e-mail them back later, so I did.

ETA: And I think they think you want to know your dining rotation. We just want to know what nights the different theme nights are.

CABO & PV.

I have posted this before, but on this busy thread it can get buried, If anyone is considering the PRIVATE car hire or Van hire, in Cabo or PV, booked through DCL, you can contact DCL shore excursions NOW, No need to wait until the booking date.

I have Cabo confirmed for myself and PV, for my family and Diane, we will have to pay up on the 19th by Credit card, but its all confirmed Now, no worry on the DCL website that night and the prices are reasonable for a family of four, maybe comparable with a DCL Bus trip.

Well worth consideration.

You can download a form from the DCL website, if considering it, do it now.

Thanks for this info. We were just talking abouth this last night.

I'm the only person on the DIS who doesn't know who these people are. I'm always amazed by all the people who seem to become BFF with their servers, stateroom attendant, CD, etc. in 7 days or less.

I guess we're just not friendly. :upsidedow

Us neither. Guess we're just not "joiners". What I'm doin' here - I don't know...

:woohoo: :woohoo:
Do you ever get the feeling our kids are going to be yelling "jinx" every time we open our mouths on TOAL??

We do that a lot!

Personal Jinx!!

Nah. What'll happen is that we'll be walking arm in arm down the corridor with our DH's in our wake (where they belong :rotfl2: ) they'll look at each other and say "OMG, there are TWO of her!!" :rotfl:

Thanks to all for the BD wishes to my hubbie, Ron. The day did not end up as expected as when he went to shower for dinner (I was taking him out to a restaurant w/ the lads), we discovered that our 16+ YO water heater had died! So he and our youngest ended up spending until 2AM replacing it, and the BD dinner was take-out from Chicken Holiday! We'll do the cake and presents tonight! Gotta give him the excursion GC and the boys have pirate shirts for him!

 Life. It happens.

Hope tommorrow is a better day!!

If they think the kids in this age range will just hang there, they (the management on the ship) are going to have a very unhappy trip (I'm sending Cheryl after them).

Dunno. Might be kind of entertaining to watch the chaos is they do...

How sad/scary is it when I'm the one taking the high road?

NOT!
And here's the proof!

Barenaked Ladies rule!!!

I rest my case...

I also love BNL. Saw them and the Black Eyed Peas on a Mom's Night Out in Providence, RI a few years ago.

DH like them too. You'll have much to discuss.

I think the "Not Me" ghost from Family Circus lives at our house.

We got "Ida Know" at our house.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (CA, FL, Tokyo and Paris)
Space Mountain (All 5 Resorts)
Splash Mountain (CA, FL and Tokyo)
Matterhorn (CA)
Everest (FL)
Mount Prometheus (Journey to the Centre of the Earth - Tokyo)
and CyberSpace Mountain at DisneyQuest (FL) and Walt Disney Studios (Paris)

CyberSpace Mountain is THE best ride in all of WDW. Where else can you build your own roller coaster and THAN ride it?

gotta run and catch my flight home! See you in CA!

So what have I missed???

I see Lisa is back .....I missed you Lisa!!!!

But wait.....I hope it's just mere coincidence that she's posting since I've been MIA....:confused3 :sad1: Has she been avoiding me? Is it something I typed? Is it my breath???
Hopefully not :rotfl2: :rotfl2: I've missed her too:)

MY TURN-MY TURN!!!!!!
:dance3: :dance3: :dance3: PIF:dance3: :dance3: :dance3:

Congrats! Also to Sara, Esteri and I know there was some one else:)

Well, I don't get around to these threads very often, but the quiz looked like fun so I figured I would give it a go!

We are very much looking forward to meeting all of you!

Hopefully, you'll get a chance to post more often:)

It is all about the timing. Sorry it didn't turn out the way you all planned:flower3:

Andrew, that is one big ship!
:thumbsup2 :lmao: :lmao:

UPDATE: When the Excel energy guy came out to her house late last night, he discovered she'd lost nearly all of her power to her main breaker box. Thus, when she turned on a light, she'd get nothing, but when she turned on a major appliance, it attempted to pull more power and in the process something such as that light on the same circuit that required very little power such as a light would come on. That's at least the simplistic explanation he gave. He said this also happens fairly frequently although I had never heard of it. Good news/bad news is that they were able to run a main wire to her box as a temporary fix until they can get out and fix it. The bad news is that they won't be back out to fix it for 3 to 4 weeks. The good news is that she gets free electricity during that timeframe.

:scared1: Wow and free electric to boot.

Apparently I'm on the "troublemaker" list with DCL, I should't e-mail anymore, just check the website. Anyone know if the website shows theme nights, etc. once they are decided?

I just want you to know that you ARE on their list as confirmed by the following note:

I thought that was a friendly enough note to me . . . but it's sure bad to be you! :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Quick everyone, check your GTY status.
Tom has just been assigned to a cabin in the engine room.

I guess they are getting frustrated with all the questions:rolleyes1

I found this on another board -- I am pretty sure this is the place most of us are ziplining in Puerto Vallarta:

MONKEYS!!!!
Why, it is was one of the highlights of our entire cruise, just 2 weeks ago!
Yes, in Puerto Vallarta...at the end of our zipline excursion with Los Veranos...they had a couple of large walk-in cages full of monkeys...never saw any animal cuter in my life...alot of those were miniature monkeys (forgot what they're called) small enough to sit in the palm of your hand. The girl in charge there asked if we wanted to go in the cages with the monkeys, so yes, of course, my husband, 18-yr-old son, and myself were each given a bamboo container filled with (monkey food?) and were shut in the large cage. It was just us...they allow only 2-3 people in there at a time. So immediately upon entering, those monkeys were all over us...sitting on our shoulders and arms and feeding directly out of our hands. We must have taken 20-30 pictures just in there! Before we went in, the girl had us empty our pockets outside of the cage and we found out why...my husband accidently left his ship sea pass card in one of his velcroed shut pockets...well when we ran out of the food we took in there, obviously it wasn't enough for the monkeys, so one monkey opened my husband's pants pocket, reached in with his cute little monkey paw, and, before my husband had a chance to react, this particular monkey had the sea pass in his paw, brought it up to his cute little monkey lips to see if it was edible, and flung it across the cage when he discovered he couldn't eat it! Lots of fun!
This was a first for us....never before this have we had an opportunity to interact in this way with monkeys!
Definitely look into this one!

That sounds very neat Julie. Just have to remember not to run out of monkey food:)

These are "Squirrel Monkeys" I had one when I was 7.

Between the monkeys and the review I am really getting excited about the zipline! It was the first thing I really planned for the trip, and my initial enthusiasm had gotten lost in all the planning after that -- but it might well end up being the highlight of the trip . . .

If you one the lottery,

A/ A small sum say $10,000

B/ A large sum say $10 Million.

What would the first purchases you would make, and would you go on a DCL crusie and book CAT 1 suite?

I'll take the 10 mil
first purchase: my house, from the bank.
DCL, CAT 1? absolutely. And if I win 10 mil, I'll get you all a cabin too !

OMG! It is my DS7!

Time for another round of the 7 question game...

1) What do you look forward to doing on our first day at SEA? deck chair by the pool, drink in my hand, making snarky comments with a corpse. :)

Put a drink in the corpse's hand too, please.

I'm going to do a just over 6 mile AIDS walk on May 18th -- if anyone is interested in sponsoring me, PM me and I will send you my link. Absolutely no need to do it, though, I just felt it would be crazy not to throw it out there in case someone wants to help out a very good cause.

There will be 6 of us flying on SW. We'll be lucky if we can handle 6 bags, let alone 12. Of course, we'll also be lugging along a stroller, a carseat, and a booster seat. Add to that a carry-on bag for each of the 3 older kids, the camera bag, the laptop... I am really dreading the luggage for this trip! :scared1:
the luggage scares me too! was there some rule about kids and booster seats? i'm wondering if i need to bring one for my 5 yr old ds?? can anyone help me out with this? we'll be flying into long beach...and staying at hojos. plan to take supershuttle or similar to get to hojos. then we plan to use the dis bus to get to the port. here in NY he is still required to be in a booster seat...but i know that other places are different. where should i look to find out about this?
You cant link that in here, :scared1: its a family forum, You will get a referral!

this just made me LOL!
