Does anyone know how to verify on DCL that they show me PIF? I see it on my credit card so I know I "paid". I just want to make sure DCL and I agree.

I dropped my Harley in the driveway. Afterwards my brother tells me, oh yeah, most people drop their new bikes in their driveway within the first week. Wish he would have told me, I might have been more careful.

Sorry you got dinged. My scooter is light enough that i can hold on to it pretty much. (it's still heavy but manageable) Now my husbands seems a lot heavier then mine. I can't even imagine being able to hang on to a falling/tipping larger bike.

I think it probably has to do with figuring out the weight/manouverability thing. I dropped my first scooter in the first week in much the same way. After that it was all good. Thanks for the good wishes & reassuring words.

That's my guess. Tho' why they don't just let you deduct the amount from your taxes beats me - it would be cheaper and more efficient. I suppose that's what I get for hoping that the gov't will be efficient.

Online it will show a "0" balance. It doesn't say your PIF.

Because its the federal government and the taxes are for 2007 and the stimulus is for 2008 and you can't combine 2007 and 2008 or you would get 4015!

K, Thanks. I did get a receipt and I see the charge on my CC. I am just being paranoid.

Online it will show a "0" balance. It doesn't say your PIF.

I can't find anywhere where it even shows my amount to begin with. It is not under "My reservation" or at least I could not find it.

I stand corrected .... when I got there they were 3 for $1.09 (I saved about $0.60 excluding tax) ... it varies obviously from place to place - and I was mistaken.

I'm glad we did direct deposit, or else we'd be towards the end of the mailing.

One of my instructors likes combos in 4's (knee, front kick, side kick, punch) or (jab, hook, uppercut, uppercut)

But most of the music is an 8 count.

My mom use to tell me that the real Santa was downtown at the Hudson's department store. The other Santa's were his helpers! I bought it too!

I had a similar story - but since we lived near Chicago, the real Santa was downtown at Marshall Field's! Since my mom grew up outside Detroit, I wonder if the story came from her and would have been Hudson's when she was a kid!

I have looked on the DCL website also and they just don't show it at all. I asked my TA about it and she said it doesn't and the receipt from them is the only "proof" available.

I was about 9 when I figured it out. For some strange reason the Easter Bunny,Toothfairy and Santa Claus all had the same handwriting as my Mom! She was pretty relieved when I told her because Dad was away at truck driving school and she didn't know how she was going to get the money for an Easter Basket.

Wrapping paper. That's how I figured it out at about 8. Santa and my parents, not only have similar hand writing, but they used the same wrapping paper.

I've been really careful about handwriting and wrapping paper, managed to keep the magic going for a bit longer. Though I did tell DS10 that we do the stockings - Santa just brings the big presents. After all, Santa needs a bit of help. He was starting to get suspicious about the stockings based on conversation. DS10 has also figured out about the tooth fairy.

DS6, however, is still absorbed in the magic. He left a note for the tooth fairy two teeth ago asking her what she does with all the teeth. Her answer? "I collect the teeth to make strong fairy houses." Who knew?
