Laurie - the consultant seemed to think not. He was very thorough & said he could see little hairs called exclamation marks in the follicles. That said, he did go on to say she must not rub her eyes, so maybe he's covering all bases. All I can do is monitor the situation & go back in 6-9 months if things are not improving

Yep with a diagnosis its better to control however as its rare their not too sure what to do.

My cousin had to wait forever to get her son diagnosed with Tourrettes. When she would come over to visit her family here in the states, sometimes she would consult with her old family Drs. She said it took so long to get to see specialists for both of them it was frustrating. Now she tells me she has a rare syndrome passed on from her Dad. Never a dull moment.

Yes, it is bad -- I always try to avoid walking around/under cranes because they never look that secure, but it's hard since they are everywhere -- and of course for people living right there they had no choice (but had complained about it many times in the days leading up to the collapse).

To all my Cali friends -- that Dismeet looks AWEsome! Makes me wish I could have been there . . . but we will all be together in about 5 months -- from tonight 5 months is the Fantasmic meet -- 5 months from tomorrow we get on the Magic!

To all my Cali friends -- that Dismeet looks AWEsome! Makes me wish I could have been there . . . but we will all be together in about 5 months -- from tonight 5 months is the Fantasmic meet -- 5 months from tomorrow we get on the Magic!

I am watching the Travel Channel's special on DCL. I have seen it before but it always gives me a little thrill knowing I will be there in 5 months. They are showing Animator's Palace now...oops now it is Palo. (no S) I want a chocolate souffle.

I hate swim suit shopping too. That is why I haven't gotten a new one in over 5 years! But with 30% off, plus a 30% off coupon I figured now was the time. I figured I could get a better selection this early in the year. I was able to find one that hides some of my "flaws". It is a two piece so the top is longer and the bottom has an attached skirt.

Roger and Laurie, thanks for the pictures. Sounds like you had a great time. I am so bummed that we can't add some time at DL to our trip.

Linda and I were just talking about where we'd be 5 months from today!! I don't think we've ever looked forward to a vacation as much as we're looking forward to this one. A big part of that is getting to meet this crew of scurvy pirates! I know we're all going to have a blast!

PS We rarely play the lottery, but for some reason (actually 275 million reasons) I played last night. On 5 sets of numbers, I has 3 that had one number each. Remind me of my gambling luck if I try to play Bingo on the cruise.

Good morning everyone. Presently 39F going up to 59F.

Well after a good night sleep I am amongst the living again. Yesterday was such a great time. We got to DL just after rope-drop (8am) and met up with Monica, Trevoy, Todd, Melissa, Dylan, and Destin. Since they were staying at DL resort they got into the park at 7am. Yes we have very early entry times out here. Surprisingly the park was really empty possibly because of the cool weather and the chance of rain. Most of the group did BTM and then everyone went over for an early morning ride on POTC. Then our group stormed Pirates Lair only to find out we were the only pirates. The kids became friends almost immediately and enjoyed the caves. I have to reiterate what Laura said earlier that all of kids were awesome. Their Capt. Jack must have had too much rum. We all explored the island and seized the captain's treasure. Sara (Sarangel), Mike (DH) and DD Lexi met up with us. We all stormed JC and then off to Buzz. We then met up with Andy (AndyR), DW Susan and DD Sarah. The 3 DD all became instant buddies. We all then migrated over to CA for some more fun since DL was starting to get busy. The 3 princesses and assorted parents went to the new Playhouse Disney show that just started on Friday. The girls loved it. The other group took off for TOT, then California Screaming and Soarin'. Sara, Mike and Lexi were tired so they took off for a well deserved rest. Austyn, Sarah, Susan and myself took on Bugsland. Then meet up with Andy to have lunch. The girls and Susan did Redcreek challenge while Andy, Madison and myself went to see the California Dreams movie. After than Andy's family went back for a rest. The girls and I relaxed for awhile and headed off for dinner. We then added Chris (Grandma X3), Paul DH, Lorri (DD), Matthew DGS, Laura (Eeyorelvr), Steve DH to complete our group of 21 for dinner. All and all it was a wonder day. We hated leaving last night but Austyn hit the wall about 9pm. Thanks everyone for making this a very special day.
