Idol is just getting ready to come on here....they're in Omaha tonight, my hometown. OF COURSE it's going to be bad....have you ever heard ME sing???
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Stacy, I hear the best thing is the way you sing right before falling off the edge of the boat . . .:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Really? You're from Omaha?:lmao:

2. Last time we were at the world we could not ride the three mountains because space mountain was down. DS10 was very, very disappointed. So, what's our best strategy for riding the three mountains @ DL, on a Saturday in August?

Find which one has the FastPass - which Space Mountain and Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain is usually one that moves better than the other two. So decide between Splash and Space - and get a FastPass and then run for the other one.

Hi Andy! It's good to "see" you again! Jump in whenever you feel like it. I am overwhelmed with how much work the people who hosted that party put into it -- were there any newbies there or were the people there all Castaway Cay members?

One couple at the party will be going on their first DCL cruise this coming New Year's Eve on the Wonder. The rest of the people were either family members or friends on the party hosts. One lady lives in our town, in fact, she lives across the street from one of my cousins. Her next door neighbor's DD graduated from high school with me, we started singing, you guessed it......It's a Small World After All..............:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Not that I'm tattling but Stace - I heard some scuttlebut that there be plans to take you on the jungle cruise and have you practice your landings. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

We're flying in on the Friday before the TOAL. I expect to get in later in the afternoon. As of right now we're planning to do DL on Saturday.

1. Can I get a giant rice krispie treat on main street?

I'm not a DL expert -- but I was just there at one of the busiest times of the year (Dec. 28 - Jan2) . . . my advice would be to go immediately to Space and get a FP, then go to BTM and ride (probably a 10 minute wait), then go to Splash and ride (no wait at that time -- it's just not as popular as at WDW) -- then head back to Space, because your FP will probably be ready about then since you got it at rope drop.

What you didn't calculate was if you want to do Indiana Jones -- which is a very cool ride and gets huge lines. If you do, I would get a FP for Indy as you walk away from riding Splash back towards Space (provided your FP window has opened up, you will be able to get one then) . . . it will likely be for early afternoon or even later, but you will have ridden the three mountains and be holding a FP for Indy by 70 minutes after rope drop, which is a pretty good deal . . .

Also - there is Marciano's Bakery????? that sells them too. Someone else might come along that can confer this - I haven't been to the parks since December in the beginning.

Marceline's Confectionery...it's named after Walt's hometown. But they should have the krispie treats at some of the food carts in the park, and I know for sure they sell them at the Village Haus restaurant in Fantasyland.

Geez - I must of scared everyone away.

Just for the record - I'm waiting on DD to finish prepping for Word - that Bible Study program for teens at our church - DH and I are going to Outback! :woohoo: BY OURSELVES!!!!!!!

I just noticed that we're supposed to leave Cabo at 4:30pm - doesn't give us a lot of time !!!!

:scared1:

that's going to make it hard to do a zip line then Cabo Wabo......guess we'll have to slam some tequila poppers then wabble back to the boat

The past couple of days, Hazel and I have been busy setting Angelina's high school graduation party up. I never knew how much planning such a party takes. We got the hall reserved, the party announcements ordered and have started checking into food and decorations. I'm glad we still have 5 months to get ready for the party.

Angelina is driving us nutso trying to select the "perfect dress" for the Senior Prom as well............:rolleyes1

I'll watch for it:)

Congrats Tom! That's ALOT of postings:goodvibes

Todd, I agree it will probably be a little crowded. That tour sounds fun, but it is a bit pricey for my blood:)

I thought it was a little pricey at first too , but then I started to think about the fact of all you can eat , front of the line passes and al the extra bonus stuff and we decided that this was a good way for us to go ..

One tequila, two tequila, three tequila - MORE!:lmao:

Yes it will be crowded. But I am so looking forward to walking around the park and seeing everyone. I think Julie was planning on reserving some space for Fantasmic. I could help with that since seeing the park is not my priority.

I LOVE when there's others visiting at the same time as I am and you just happen to bump into them. You would think that with such a huge crowd in the park that woudln't happen, but it does.

Hey we will be back in Plenty of time for Fantasmic ...Save a spot for us please
