I always assume that in every family if you are over about the age of 12 you pack for yourself..... SInce thatis what I do.

I'm not even going to check Samantha's suitcase or DH's. If they have forgotten anything that is their problem! LOL!

Of course we never *coordinate* with each other either. My dh & kids wouldn't stand for that! LOL! I think it's neat but, they don't.

We're flying in coordinated DIS green t-****s, now come Sunday there should be a few more of us looking coordinated

When dh and I were teenagers -- in the later 70's -- we used to go see it about once a month.....

I'm pretty sure I bought dh the DVD since we only owned it on video tape.....

Well, I suppose if I get there and they beg us to take a free upgrade, we'd accept it.... But that's about twice what we paid for our category 11....

I'm amazed how fast the board is moving even now - I'd have thought it would have slowed down by now with everyone out having fun... (not that posting here isn't fun, but still...)

Meanwhile, I am now enjoying those few quiet moments....
Waiting for my ride....
Suitcases and carry-on staged and packed....
Automatic lights on and thermostat off....
The only electronic items left on are the fridge and the TV (which distracts me from the impatience)...
Wondering what I've forgotten (just half an hour ago I was till coming up with essential items to toss into the luggage)....
Already checked several times that yes, my passport is in my carry-on, and it really is the unexpired one....

I can hardly believe today has actually arrived....

hhhmmmm....... At the time I'm sure it was considered kind of ...depraved....but, I'm thinking that now a days it isn't any worse then a lot of stuff on TV.

But, for some reason I really liked it back then.

Maybe I should try to find dh's dvd of it and bring it with us! I'll send the kids to the club/lab and we can have a movie watching party in our room.

Finally!!!! CAses packed and weighed AOK
Leaving for the Airport 10:30. However......... due to the lack of help I realized I really shoud renew my tags tomorrow as it will be expired when we get back and they love to pull you over. Also have to stop at the bank and get some cash and pay the mid month bills and set up the other thru billpay. Guess I will be ready to rest on the plane. Charging some gadgets. By the way. I have a scale I will taking so please add me to the list. I have been MIA from the boards the last few days so hopefully Cheryl will fill me in. Hope to see some familiar faces at the Hojo tomorrow. Have the laptop and will check in............. Witing for the laundry to complet so I can crash.

I never saw that on the menu. what is it?

It's made up of 8 long, eggroll-like sticks with chocolate and peanut butter inside. It included a dish of melted caramel and crumbled toffee bits around the dish. Just dunk it in the caramel and stick the toffee bits to it! YUM!
