thanks! so far things are looking good.....our flight leaves at 8:30 PM. I just learned our plane is coming in to JFK from CAIRO Its about 30 min behind schedule so I hope that doesnt affect us too much

Michael Phelps eats 12,000 calories per day

The Olympic star recently said he consumes 12,000 calories per day, or 9,500 more than the FDA recommends for an active, young male.

Phelps has to keep his intake up in order to compensate for all the calories he burns during the 30-hours per week he spends in training.

AAaahhhhh . . . that's the problem with me. I think I have the intake part down pat. It's the activity that I should probably think about adding!!!

So I guess I am going. I gotta finish shoving stuff in bags. If I do not have it I will have to do without. My Mom and Dad are still at the hospital waiting for test results. We could not twist my Mom's arm enough to get her to go. I know she is going to worry about me in my gimpy state. Afterall I am still on crutches and am taking a wheelchair.

I gotta find stuff that was packed in my parents luggage that we need. Let's just say today has been crazy.

I gotta go. I will sse some of you soon. I hope you all have great weeks. I should be able to post from the hotel.

HEY! I raised more than $300K this week!

...OK I did most of the work for it months ago and just got the answers this week, but I feel like I've accomplisdhed something.

Ugh. I have to spend most of the afternoon filing so someone else has a chance of finding anything in my office. I'm a pile person.

I thought about going on the Michael Phelps Diet during TOAL.
How many calories do you think I'll burn standing in the pool and sweating because it is so darn hot??

Wings are packed - not sure what they will look like by the time I get there. I had to sorta bend them over the top of a pile of clothes to get them in the suitcase.

I actually do better going without sleep than I do without food.

LONDON (AFP) – "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" is to be remade over 30 years after the camp classic first hit cinema screens, producers said Wednesday.

The original 1975 film was a horror parody featuring the adventures of a newly engaged couple who find themselves caught up in the bizarre world of Frank-N-Furter, a "sweet transvestite from Transsexual, Transylvania."

Based on a British stage show, the film starred Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon, Richard O'Brien and singer Meat Loaf, featuring songs including "Time Warp" and has grossed some 140 million dollars (94 million euros) in the US alone.

The cast this time round has not yet been decided, but the remake will use the original screenplay and is being revived in a partnership deal for MTV in the US and Sky Movies in Britain, who confirmed the move.

The film's executive producer Lou Adler, who is reprising his role from the original, said: "So here we go again, with a new cast, believing that the Sky and MTV remake will add to the Rocky Horror phenomenon."
