Check you Options in User CP, you might not have the right time zone assigned.

Hmm- I will have to check that.

All my other paychecks were DD. But my final real paycheck and now my severance had to be paper. Not sure why???

All our clients make that a matter of procedure as it is much harder to reverse funds from a former employee vs. a current employee.
