Which Magic cruise were you on in August of 2006? We were also on the Magic in 2006. It was supposed to be a Western carribbean, but hurricane Ernestso changed that and we did an Eastern instead. Were we on the same cruise?

I did the 7 Night Western that had two stops at Castaway Cay, a double dip.

10 Well some of you may know I like Science fiction programmes, and shows like Doctor Who and Torchwood, I like food, and my favourite destination for a holiday is……………………. Lindos in Rhodes, Greece. Where I am going again in 2010 for my 7th time.

I'm a bit behind on the board but I had to respond to this! My DH also likes Science Fiction and Doctor Who is one of his favorites! He's even gotten DS interested. DH also watches Torchwood.

Happy July 4th!

:yay: Just wanted everyone to know that we got good news on Thursday!

DS does NOT need surgery for his arm! :woohoo:

Thanks for all the pixie dust and bone healing vibes!

I'll play.....

How many ADR's have you booked in total pre/post cruise at WDW- 0! YIKES...starting to rethink that "we'll just do walk-ups/casual this time"

How many miles is it to Port Canaveral from where you live- too far

How many Disney cruises have you been on- 8

How many 'days' have you been on ship- 36

What has been your highest balance on your stateroom account- $2000 for a 7-day (I think)

What is the one thing you spent the most on, on ship before- souviners & pictures!

Apart from Disney and the parks, where have you had pre / post cruise stays- Vero

Who has been your favourite person/ CM CD etc on previous cruises, - or if not cruised before, who do you want to see or herd off- We've always ahad good people, I just don't remember their names right now.

:goodvibes What do they say about ''great minds....'' We have a 5 night strip of a new Torchwood this week on BBC1, every night Monday to Friday for an hour, there is a five part series, Children of Earth, it will be shown in the US soon. Well worth a watch. We have three more specials of Doctor Who in the UK, with David Tennant as the Doctor before he dies at Christmas/ New year and regenerates into a new actor for a new 13 part series next year.

Due to Disney free dinning this year the restaurants are all full up little availability during August and walk ups will have issues, I think they will have to extend hours of the restaurants myself.

I *Love* Torchwood - but mainly it is because I have a HUGE crush on John Barrowman... yes yes I know I am not his type LOL but that is irrelevant!

That is great news that your son doesn't need surgery. I am really pleased for him and for you.

HAPPY SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone have any cruise pictures from past cruises that they want to post/share?

:lmao: I thought he *likes* everyone. Or is that just Cptn Jack?

Thats just Captain Jack - John Barrowman had a civil partnership ceremony last year with his long term partner.

Hope everyone is having a good Sunday - this weekend has been another warm ish one here. It is a little cooler this afternoon but we are having a barbecue this evening so I hope that it stays dry!

Darren is tiling our new downstairs cloakroom so the girls and I are just mooching around, yesterday we went to the DIY store to get tiles for the bedroom en suite that we have had built and we took Izzy out for lunch to Pizza Hut while Olivia stayed home having a lunchtime sleep - one of the benefits of living with my parents, I don't have to disturb her sleeps if I need to pop out to collect Izzy from nursery or go to the supermarket (or sneak out to lunch!)

Just been reading about the terrible news at Epcot last night - thoughts to the family and friends of the CM killed. Very shocking. :(

A Doctor Who movie starring David Tennant will be announced at the Comic-Con event later this month.

Speculation is growing that the BBC will confirm the big screen version at the five-day convention, which is held in San Diego, California. Tennant will be attending alongside departing executive producer Russell T Davies.

Previously, Tennant has revealed that he has signed up for an unidentified "sci-fi project", while Davies has hinted that an announcement of a "special project" would be coming soon, telling Doctor Who Magazine: "News as and when, but I can promise, it's worth waiting for."

Tennant's Doctor will regenerate at the end of three Doctor Who specials, the last of which airs early next year. Matt Smith will then assume the lead role.

A spokesperson for BBC Films has previously confirmed that a script for a Who movie is "in development".:)

The Aug. 15th cruise will be our first family cruise. We are surprising our kids with the trip that morning. They love disney and WDW so this will be so cool for them, DS 7, DS 5.5, DD 4.5.

Looking forward to reading more on this thread.
