Good Evening Kristen! How is everything going? Are the girls finally on summer break?

I have been doing some trip planning this week so it has been kind of fun!

Hope everything is going good on the east coast and your plans are coming along! Saw that you were trying to finish up with TA plans...that is so cool!

I am actually heading to bed in a few minutes. I got very little sleep last night (too hot & humid) and then with the exercising I did today...I am exhausted. We gave in and turned our air conditioning on so I should sleep well tonight!!!

As soon as the lanyards get here I will be sending out a notice to everyone about options for payment and how to get them!

Yes, the kids are home. So I thought I was busy before now it will be busy everyday with playdates, etc.......Can't wait to be able to spend time with the kids I miss them when they are in school.

I am going to give people a choice....I can ship their lanyards to them (if there is time by the time I get them) or I can bring them to the ship. I am kind of holding off on what to do until I actually have them at my house and I see that they are all correct.

I will give you a call...tomorrow is busy (tutoring, doctor appointment for Ben and Paul's birthday)...but I will call in a day or so!

I spoke with my friend in ST.Thomas last week and she has it all planned out for us to come and visit her while we are there. Hoping/Fingers crossed this time that we get there and no hurricanes stop us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To answer some of the questions you asked:

There will be three of us traveling myself, DH and DS (8).

We're start our traveling on 8/12 (DH's b-day) and plan to check-in to Pop Century on 8/13. I just booked limo service to/from the Port. We're checking back into the Pop Century after the cruise!

I've done a lot of planning for the WDW part of the trip but very little planning for the cruise. Now I'm learning all about decorating doors and fish extenders!

Is it still possible for us to participate in the Fish Exchange? DS thinks it would be great! DH thinks that he can make a fish extender (He's the crafty one in this house!)

Hi! we'll be at the POP too, from 8/10 - 8/14. Our DN will be with us - he just turned 9. If you look at Jen's incredible worship cruise website, she has a list of the kids and their ages. There should be lots of kids for him to meet/hang out with.
I founbd out about this site two days befoure our first cruise - glad you're doing better than I did! LOL.

I feel like I am sooo behind on this cruise. Not only do I not have my suit cases out (I usually do by now), I haven't even made my list yet . I have been so busy trying to get everything organized for my dd's overnight camp. She leaves on Sat., so my plan is after I stop sobbing from missing her, I am going to start to get in cruise mode.

I do not know if other DCL shore trips have moved but my St Thomas Butterfly secrets and Mountain views, has moved back by 15 mins since it was booked.

9:15AM 12:15PM was 9am to 12 noon.

I see they have the St Thomas Island tour back in two slots am and pm so moved over to the 9am to 11.30am one of thoose.

On my way to tutoring but just wanted to say that I updated our website. Nothing major and I will still add a few things this evening.

I did a page called CC5K - it gives anyone (or just me) who is training for the 5K a place to list how our training is going!!!!

I am working on the Just for Fun page. Hope to work on that more tonight...depends on how Paul's birthday evening goes.

I updated the blog.

OMG !! I'm glad that someone else isn't so organized for our cruise !! I DO have a list ( which I change each day !!!) of clothing / stuff I will pack for the WDW + CRUISE vacation ...
But I usually take out / check our luggage one week before we fly towards US ...

We leave for FL on Aug 11 and will not start packing until Aug 9th.
Beth is thinking about her list, but most likely will not start until early or mid july on it.

But did do some cruise planing yesterday. I made the broading reservations for our pets Aug 11 - Aug 27th yikes 18 days, talk about a big cruise expense.

I have been looking into the tickets for the show that you were interested in.....Does not look like there are any at the discounted price left. But they sometimes open some up as it gets closer. I also have been looking at this other site ticketsatwork.com that Bruce's company gets discounts from and not having much luck...Sorry, will let you know if I find anything..SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOW IS WEATHER in UK ? My dear friend in Wales has a party next Friday ...

Often it is not possible to do/book two formal DCL tours in one day, the island tour runs at 9am and 12.35am, so for example the butterfly and mountain views is only scheduled to end at 12.15pm.

So thats too much of a rush, one delay on the firsts one and you miss the second. The website often knocks out more 'time' than the tour, to 'block' double booking's for shore trips, Spa Palo etc.

I said formal as some trips are just tickets, butterfly anytime, the paradise point tram etc, so you go when you want, its like rentals bikes floats at Castaway it doesn't block time out. So at CC you can book a boat trip, or the stingrays and float rental.

UK is very very hot, blue Sky's, no rain till Friday when we get thunder storms,

Its called 'The Wimbledon effect' it usually rains if Wimbledon is on, but they spent millions on a new roof to still play if it rains therefore it will not rain this year!!
