Not a bad day. We have five furlough days this year and they have placed them around 3 day weekends. Today was one. Nice having a day after the holiday cooking and cleaning to catch one's breath.

Kids are on April vacation so I took them to the Hannah Montana Movie. Cute movie.

We made Jen's Molten Chocolate Cake and we agree- better than Palo's!

Also want to share that the Disney accordion albums (6''X6'') are on sale today on the Joann website. I think they make great autograph books or small scrapbook albums!

(PS- the pic- the spa I think- we've not yet been)

Glad you liked the Molten Chocolate Cake! It is hard for us to find any chocolate dessert anywhere else that can live up to that one! We LOVE it! I was excited to hear your feedback and thrilled that you thought is was good too!

I also checked out the albums on the Joann website - they are great! I am going to think about them a bit but might end up getting a few. They are so cute and my kids would love them for scrapbooks!

Mystery photo - you are right again! Tomorrow I will be posting a harder one for you!

Doing a happy dance here

Booked our flights today (Southwest just opened their window past Aug 14). No packing worries with 2 bag allowance per person-not that we bring that much but we are going the week before to Disney and will also need a garment bag for formal clothes on cruise.

We have two GTY staterooms- one is cat. 6 and the other cat. 11. What are the odds we will be on the same floor?

Also- anyone know anything about the X-Bob underwater scooters at Tortola? They look hysterical!

CIAO all of you !!
We just got back from Disneyland Paris ! ... had a really great time !!!!!!!!!

Meeting some dear friensd was WONDERFUL !!! We spent with them many lovely hours , sharing a meal or a guided tour or a ride ; they are shareholders , so we were also invited to the "private" Salon Mickey !!

As we had not been to DLP in 2 years ... both parks looked VERY BEAUTIFUL to us ; DGH and I thouroughly enjoyed each and every minute of our trip !! ( in spite of the huge crowds).

Weather was sunny and warm most of the time , even better than in Italy ( we were expecting rain - but we got just a short shower one night).

GLAD to see there has been a lot of activity on here ; I'm rather busy at the moment with Marco already back to work + unpacking and doing laundry + going back to school tomorrow ... NOW I'm heading out to visit with Mum and Dad : can't wait to give them a big hug !!! ( She is fine - but still has to "adjust" to daily routine at home ).

When I have a few spare time I need to catch up with the latest news on here !!!

Glad you found flights with Southwest. I am concerned about packing this time. We will be at WDW first and then need formal stuff as well. We booked with Northwest because we had enough miles to book with cash and mileage...this just means that I have to figure out how to pack less.

Just popping in to say hi

I have been busy with the girls while DH has started tiling the kitchen, Olivia took her first little step today, not far and she promptly fell over bur none the less it was a step!

I took my Mum to London yesterday for a belated Mothers Day treat and we went for dinner at an Italian restaurant (our favourite) and then went to see Carousel in the West End which was lovely.

Anyway hope you are all well, not too long to go now!

Nothing major but I did update a bit tonight!

There are some new little things...like a new mystery photo (it is another easy one)...but the best part is that we have a new HOT TOPIC!

I love the hot topic! It is a great an excuse for me to get everyone talking about things I want to know!

So, our new hot topic is...what should we pack and what should we leave at home? It is a topic that I see on the main cruise thread often but I want to really hear from all of you who I know feel like I know, what the real story is about packing.
