Just busy, I need a vacation- and there is not one in sight until next year!!! I have a day off here and there left, and some bank holidays(Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving) but that's it.

Do you all do formal and semi formal night, and get all dressed up? Is it Eastern or Western? I am going to live vicariously through your vacation, since I don't have one until next year!

I told you that you could bid up to $100. I absolutely love the hidden pantry and the outdoor kitchen (which is nicer than our indoor kitchen).

YEs, we have both semi and formal. It is Western.. We may have someone else joining our cruise for Tortola./.We will know for sure tomorrow....Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was trying to work out if I could turn it into a VR, but its too far from Disney and the weekly rates would be huge.....

But its nice though. I can just imagine intimate candlelit dinners for two in the wine cellar!

Did you guys see the "new" DVC announcement? Of course we all knew about the Bay Lake Towers already, but the new Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs would be great. The BLT is already on the interactive points chart, the points aren't unreasonable either. I would like to stay there at some point, after all of the hype dies down.

What an annoying way to announce something!! I guess that's why I never went into marketing though!

Hi everyone! Thank you for the birthday wishes for Hayden. I think he had a good birthday. At least I hope so!

I hope you are all doing well. It's been crazy around here. Early Sunday afternoon what was left of hurricane Ike made its way through this part of the country and we got nailed with high winds. Our power went out Sunday around 2:30 but we are so lucky because it came back on yesterday afternoon. Just about all of my co-workers are still without power and the power company said it could take up until this weekend to restore the 180,000 customers in the Dayton area still without. Cincinnati had almost 800,000 customers without power at the height of the storm. I think this is the first tropical storm we've ever had in Ohio. Fortunately though, we didn't get the rain that has been pounding up north of us.

It was a gorgeous almost fall day here! I'm happy summer is just about over!

Bruce, has a tear in his ham-string so he is on bed rest for a few days. Hoping he is better for our cruise in a few weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
