My co-workers and I enjoyed a week of the boss being on vacation, unfortunately she is back, and she is a hover boss!!! Last week was so relaxing- and miraculously everything got done and on time!!

My cousin and her family live about 1 1/2 hours past Atlanta in Auburn Alabama. We are driving to Atlanta, staying overnight, and going to the Georgia Aquarium, then driving to their house for 4th of July week. They have 4 boys (they are the ones that I am trying to convince to go on the cruise with us) , two of her boys are around Jordan's age, and they have a pool, so I'm hoping to relax all week!!

Hello Harry! Are you getting any of the Euro 2008 soccer action in the US? Even tho' England were knocked out eons ago, we're loving the tournament. I was cheering for France (I have dual nationality) but they're not looking great so I might have to switch allegiance to Holland as the Dutch are playing some fab football...

Hi Karen - I won't hold your allegiance to France against you! We've watched a few matches (Dutch v. Italy) and will probably try and catch Italy v. France tomorrow.....

Phew!!! I wondered whether to even mention it but c'est la vie!!! I'm really looking forward to the France/Italy game - I love a 'must win'!!! It's proving a great tournament...

I'm soo tired and my throat is scratchy too. I sure hope I'm not getting sick. I think I'm just worn out. I have not even started packing our clothes yet. Hoping that we can still go. My parents have had some health issues and have a few dr.'s app. when they get home and if anything is wrong and requires surgery or anything. Then I will cancel so I can be home with them. I would never leave them if they needed me around for them. So I think that is wearing me down too..

Plus, my sister in laws grandmother died last week and they are having the wake and funeral Thurs. night and Friday morning. The twins' last day of school is Friday and is a half day and I can not make it to the funeral which is at least an hour and a half away if the traffic is good. The wake is Thurs. night 6-8 and it is an hour and a half away and with my parents gone we have no one to watch the kids. If we went we would need to leave here at three to beat the traffic in the city. It would be long ride for the kids almost two hours there, then they would have to sit in the car while we went in to the wake, (Not alone, Bruce and I would take turn going in..) then we would get home really late too. My mom says not to worry about going since we have the kids and they have school, etc... But I know they'll be upset if we do not go and it is not like my brother and sister in law come her for anything but that does not make it right. So I'm stressing myself out so now I think I'm making myself get sick...UGH!!!!!!!!!!!

That is ALOT going on right now. Please try to get some rest and not let yourself get run down.

I hope that your parents are both OK. Please let us know how things turn out for both of them. I'll be thinking about you!

That is what my MIL gives her dog, when she cuts her hair. She cuts the dogs hair herself , and she uses her own pharmaceuticals to give to it. My inlaws are a little off!!!

OMG! Well, I don't have any valium to give him, so we had to listen to him freaking out for a couple of hours. We are afraid that one of these nights he won't make it through alive!!
