I know we've discussed this before BUT what are your tentative plans for either side of the cruise??? I'm thinking of forgoing WDW on this trip and staying at RPR at Universal for a few days prior to cruising...

That sounds good Karen, I would love to do some of the other parks in Orlando, but we want to wait until Jordan gets a little bigger, to enjoy all of those thrill rides- she is still too short. We are going to stay at BWV the week before- well I hope we are, you know we have to deal with that 7 month window. But for after the cruise we will be heading home asap, Jordan starts school on that Monday.

For us - probably a short pre-cruise stay at a DVC resort. We probably won't do hardly any park touring, probably just some shopping, relaxing, etc.

just dropping in to say hello. i just go home from my English Part 1 New York State Regents. it was sooooooooo easy!!!! i have part 2 tomorrow and social studies U.S. History and Government New York State regents on friday. im watching Stick It before im off back to my school for a social studies review class.

OMG- I just went on cruisecritic and they have info on there about RCCL's Oasis of the Seas, it is going to have a zipline, a carousel, and so much more!!! 220,000 tons, can hold 6300 passengers, I'm going- probably in about 5 years!! There is gonna be 7 "neighborhoods", wow I hope one of them isn't like the one I grew up in. Anyway, they are going to have loft type 2 floor suites!!

Honestly,, I think much of it is stress. But, doing better. Worked out in the yard for a while this afternoon and worked out this morning and this afternoon again so that helped I think!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi All,

Haven't posted since the beginning of thread two so feeling out of the loop a bit. We have moved house, are mid rennovation (if only it were Extreme Makeover style and SPEED!) and I have been looking after my Mum who has had her hip replaced so it has been busy busy busy!

DH and i debated waiting til 2010 cruises are out and possibly transferring our reservation to then so that DD2 will be older but the more i think about it the more I want to take DD1 to WDW soon (and I am a tad excited too) so the littlely will have to cope! LOL

So what did I miss... quick recap anyone?

Hi Mel!!!!! How are the little ones? I bet the baby is getting so big already! I'm glad to hear you are still sticking around this cruise. Good luck to your mum getting back on her feet, and also good luck with getting the house finished!

We've all been plugging away, I think everyone is doing well. There haven't been any firm plans made yet about cruise time, but we'll be sure to let you know when things begin to develop.

Hi Kristin! Have you heard anything about your parents yet? Are you making the trip over for the funeral? You shouldn't feel obligated to, especially since they wouldn't do the same for you.

That sounds wild and fun!!! I saw a little bit about it on the Travel Channel recently.

I have no idea what's happening on my end as far as before the cruise. I have to be at work the Monday after sailing, so we'll be heading home when we get off the ship. Unless I decide to chuck it all and hole up on some island somewhere making money by chasing people around the beach to braid their hair. I would ideally like to fly down Thursday after work and spend Friday at a park.
