My kids LOVED waking up to see the animals. I'm not a big animal person (ok, I realize with 7 cats that may be hard to believe :lmao:, but I'm a cat person, just not really into the zoo animal thing), but anyway even though I didn't think I would care that much for it- it was pretty cool! It just added something that you can't get at any of the others!

We loved the food situation- great walk-up (something that really ticks us off about BWV & SSR-limited walk-up selections), plus two unique sit-downs. The pool was nice too. I can't wait for the Kidani to open so we can see what that has to offer. Personally, I love OKW & BCV, but AKV will probably join that group.

The only thing we didn't like was that bathroom set-up- not a split bath in the one beds and no second bath yet until Kidani. Huge bathroom, but we like having a little more separation like OKW or SSR. Once Kidani is done though- that should be resolved!

I say try it if you can get in!

Sounds great! :thumbsup2 Can't wait to stay at AKV - definitely going to try Kidani out for the week before or after the cruise - I think it'll be open by then and that new pool complex looks like it's going to be amazing.... :cloud9: :cloud9: :cloud9:

I agree!! I sometimes yell at everyone to quit wearing clothes! :rotfl: But DH is my biggest culprit since he wears a uniform every day then another change of clothes. Plus his clothes are alot bigger than the rest of ours. I hate :laundy:

I used to hate it when DH put his work shirts in the laundry basket - now he gets them laundered elsewhere, it's made a big difference... :goodvibes

Hi there!

I'm Karen from London, UK - married and have 3 kids tho' 2 are all grown up now so will prob only be cruising with youngest DS14 Samuel... I'm a SAHM at the moment but plan on going back to Uni in September...

Really?!! That's terrific! What do you want to get in to? Some day I hope to get back to school.

I mooned a little in my younger days - usually at the local disco where I often felt compelled to remove my skirt and boogie around the dancefloor in stockings and heels!!! :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: Actually that was how my DH first encountered me - he was dating some other chick but liked my legs so much he dumped this poor girl and got a mutual friend to set us up about a month later!!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Aaah and they say that romance is dead... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

 And you say you have something to learn from ME? Other than mooning, my clothes stayed put. :rotfl:

I agree, that was a trick question!!! Tell your DW that I had a similar conversation with my DH on Thursday. :lmao: He didn't get it right.

Note to Abby - It's SUNDAY - you are allowed to sleep-in!! What in the world were you doing up so early?!

Hi!!! Glad you got everything squared away. Nice to "meet" you! What kind of dance does your studio teach?

I am married (10 years this coming Thurs), have an 8 year old boy and 5 year old girl, work full-time, live the life of a typical busy parent! Sounds so unexciting eh?! ;)

Oh, I must have missed this piece of info b4.... big plans?!

uh oh, should we be concerned that there will be a similar show come August 2009 or are those days safely behind you?! :rotfl:

OMG I love baked beans!!! They are my weakness - tho' maybe I shouldn't divulge that... :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Ahhh, nothing like getting all jacked up on baked beans, removing the skirt, and dancing the night away.... Karen - you're killing me! :lmao:

Is it the Heinz Baked Beans in tomato sauce that you prefer?! The lads we host every summer for soccer camp always ask for that when they are here!

I'm starting a degree in Psychology and Criminology... :teacher: :teacher: :teacher:

ooohhh interesting....

"Simplicity - read Marcus Aurelius.... of each particular thing ask - what is it in itself? What is its nature? What does he do... this man you seek?"

Very much behind me!!! ;) I think of it now as some sort of innate mating ritual and, once it had the desired effect, my provocative, partially clad, dancing-on-tables self ceased to be...

I do still love to boogie on down tho' - just tend to keep the clothes all buttoned up... :dancer: :dancer: :dancer:

Hi Kristin! As you can see, we've really never wavered off the flatulence conversation from last night.... I'm still confident this group hasn't hit their all-time low yet though! :rotfl2:

Hey, Harry,

This group is a lively one that is for sure. Tell your son good luck at the soccer game today!!!!!
