8-10pm EMH at DHS - odds hours will change and (if not) how will the crowds be?

Right now, DHS is scheduled to have EMH on Friday, February 24 (during Presidents' Day week) from 8-10pm. They pushed EMH back from 7-9pm to 8-10pm a few weeks ago. Two questions - first, any thoughts on the odds that Disney will push EMH hours later (for example, to 9-11pm)? Second, if EMH stays at 8-10pm (relatively early), will crowds be crazy? Since there are so few rides open at DHS during evening EMH, I'm wondering if it's even worth it, or if we'll spend the whole time standing in line to ride just one or two rides (because of course - like everyone else - we are interested in rides like TSMM and RnR). Thanks!

I doubt they will change again. HS has been closing very early for a long time, I suspect they moved because it's not going to be dark at 7 to have the fireworks for everyone so they needed the park opened to 8.

President's Day weekend is slam packed. But this is the Friday following so it may not be too bad. There are only a handful of rides at DHS anyway: TSMM, ToT, RnRC, Star Tours, GMR, and the rest are mostly shows if they are even open. Also, if anyone is in line before EMH starts, they can get on the ride. That may add some wait as well. For evening EMH, if we are in the park and staying offsite, we use that time to shop, see things we normally don't, trade pins, eat/drink.

I just checked for the summer months and they have done away with the Friday evening EMH. There is now none listed for the Friday we planned to go in August. Also checked some Fridays in July and no evening EMH.
