8:00 Spectromagic --> 9:30 Hoop De Doo...seem reasonable???

I just made initial ADRs for a September trip, but want to get some confirmation before I make a change.

I'd like to know if it seems reasonable to expect to get to a 9:30 seating of HDDR if we leave MK after the 8:00 SpectroMagic parade. Spectromagic lasts about 20 minutes (but I don't know how long it takes to make it to Main Street where we would likely be watching).

I noticed that Pioneer Hall appears to be pretty close to the boat landing, so I'm thinking as long as there are no big screw ups, this should be possible.

IMHO, No you can't do both.

8 o'clock parade, 8:30 before it's over. Then you have to catch a boat (with lots of others trying to leave MK after the parade) and head to Fort Wilderness. In my expereince those boats are SLOW!

Select a location near the main entrance of the park to view SpectroMagic. That way you won't get bogged down in the masses leaving the park. If you head directly to the boat launch and get on the boat for Fort Wilderness, I see no reason you won't make it for the 9:30 seating. They do like you to check-in early, but even if you arrived at 9:20, you should be fine. They really don't open the doors any earlier than 9:30. Pioneer Hall is directly straight ahead when you disembark the boat.

Be sure you know exactly where the boat launch is at MK that you'll need to take. You don't want to be reading signs while others are lining up for the boat.

I think you should be fine. Watch Spectro near the top of main st so you can make a quick escape. Go right to the FW boat dock. The boat ride is maybe 10 minutes. The walk to the show is just a couple minutes. You'll have about an hour to get to the show.
