8:00 mk opening

I just noticed that mk is opening at 8:00 both days we are planning to go. How does that effect crowds? Neither morning is an emh, although when they do have emh later that week, it's still an 8:00 opening time. What's the point?

Neither morning is an emh, although when they do have emh later that week, it's still an 8:00 opening time.
2. What's the point?

1. In general, the earlier the opening, the fewer guests will be there for that opening.
2. Even fewer guests, as only WDW Resort guests can attend.
