[IGNORE THIS MESSAGE! Just learned my husband won't be able to make it at all... so we'll only have 6 in our cabin, just like the reservation says. And I won't make the same mistake again!]
It's a long story that I'll try to keep short. When searching for lodging, I thought Fort Wilderness cabins were perfect: our extended family has 4 adults and 3 children (all 3 year olds). At least one of the kids will be sleeping on an air mattress (so beds for only six wasn't a problem); and we're a close family so I'm not concerned about togetherness. ;-) In addition, one of my sons is on the autism spectrum, so the peace and quiet of FW sounded perfect for our breaks from the park.
So when I made reservations and it only allowed 6 names, I just included 3 adults and 3 kids - my husband won't even be there the whole time.
But now that the trip is close, I'm realizing that this isn't like other hotels where you can just squeeze in an extra person. He won't have a resort id. Is this going to be a problem??? Are we going to have to find another room someplace at the last minute? He won't be able to get in early w/ us to the parks, but we can deal with that. Are there going to be other problems that I haven't even thought of yet?
This kept me awake last night! Disney experts - please help! THANK YOU!

P.S. Please note that I wasn't trying to "cheat" the system - this truly seemed like a great match for us when I made the reservations...
