We (two adults) are starting to get cabin fever from being land locked and we're not going to make it until August for our Alaskan cruise. We're planning on doing a cruise over Spring break in March and we're considering the two options of an Eastern Caribbean on the Fantasy or B2B cruises on the Magic in the Bahamas for the same week.

Given equal variables for price and airfare, anyone have experience doing both options? Or have suggestions on which option to take?

For me, personally, I'd do the 7 night Fantasy. Just because I feel the turnaround day is not really that relaxing. You still have to get up early, get off the ship, and wait in the terminal before you can get back onboard. And I find the short cruises have more frantic people (trying to do everything). On a full 7 night cruise, people seem to be less harried.

That said, 2 stops at Castaway Cay (Magic B2B) sounds great.

Thanks :). We're intrigued by the B2B option to get two cruises towards CC, but we've been concerned about the extra day at Port Canaveral. When we did the three night on the Dream we could feel the crew and guests were considerably 'different' then the atmosphere of our 7nt on the Magic.
