This has been bothering me since our last trip and wanted to get some opinions.

My son has autism and we use stroller as a wheelchair for anxiety and stamina issues. He is also 5 feet tall and 11. The cast member at the fast pass entrance asked us to make him get our of the stroller and stand before letting us into the ride line. It was a very odd interaction - his legs are tall enough to ride this ride. Just wondering if anyone has any insight why he would have to get out/stand and then be let into the line?

Thanks for any insights

Do you mean that they made him get out, stand and then get back into the stroller to enter the line? That may have been to determine if he needed assistance with transferring into his seat on the ride. It's the only thing I can think of.
